Madame Alexander 17 Wendy Ann Composition Doll. She has beautiful and remarkably clear blue eyes – the most unique color of blue I have seen on any Madame Alexander. She has full lush lashes. Her original blonde human hair wig is in excellent condition. Her little girl dress is a tagged MA blue gingham taffeta, with rhinestone insets on the bodice and skirt, a sash at the back. She wears a black grosgrain bow in her hair, which matches her original center snap black shoes. Her torn right shoe (left in photos) strap has been te paired with a black leather extender. Available are two lovely Madame Alexander dolls, a boy and girl, I believe from the very early Friends from Foreign Lands collection. Both are dressed in their original clothing with hats, socks and shoes. The clothing is in good condition, some fading. Both have tags that read SWISS Madame Alexander, N. Year: 1936 – 1938 – Size: 15 Please Read and view all photos carefully: VG+ condition Her composition body poses nicely but a little loose, no cracks or breaks, all fingers and toes counted. Double Veil has no holes or tears, bouquet is original that need refreshing. Not sure about her panties, they may be original with replaced elastic (very snug on her body). There is fine line crazing, in spots: face, upper left back shoulder, legs. She has a dark spot on her nose tip smaller than a pinhead. (Several pictures are darker to show crazing on face and legs). Madame Alexander label/tag on dress back is faded. There is a very tiny dark spot in the front close to the hem, (see picture blown up to show).
