This is a stunning Madame Alexander 1956 doll and wearing a sweet kins outfit. She is a BKW which means she is a bent knee walker. This doll is in excellent condition with original light auburn triple stitched wig in curl set, bright face coloring with brown brows, green gray eyes that open and close easily, no black under lashes. Pink cheeks and bright red lips. Her body is in excellent tightly strung condition and walker works. Alex is wearing her. Cotton untagged dress, net slip, matching undies, smooth bottom slip on shoes and rayon socks. Adorable doll comes with her kins hat and lovely Hand Crafted Flower Basket. Welcome to my auctions! She is 20 tall, hard plastic body and soft vinyl jointed arms. Her knees are also jointed for posing. She is wearing a gorgeous reproduction of the taffeta gown with the side drape, made in 1956. It is well made and follows Alexander’s design to the T. It is made of a medium weight taffeta in cornflower blue. Underneath she wears a long nylon taffeta slip with stiff tulle. Matching panties long, tight nylon stockings and silver strap high heel Cissy shoes, complete her outfit. She is shown with a long white faux fur stole that has a cluster of vintage roses and is lined in white satin and embroidered C. I also show her with a white feather fan tied in blue ribbon. Her only jewelry is a signature rhinestone bracelet and glued on rhinestone dots for earrings. She has no holes in her ears. She has a very dark brunette wig, pulled back on both sides into a tight cluster at her neck. Her face is lovely with a light peach complexion, blush, full lashes, one stoke brows, blue green eyes, and coral mouth. No breaks, cuts, or odors. From smoke free home.
