Madame Alexander Dolls

Vintage 1950′s hard plastic Annabelle doll by Madame Alexander. Doll is 14 with Maggie face and sleep eyes, intact full lashes, dark blonde hair is in original set and clothing is all original. Dress front has very minor fading, tag on dress came loose when I was undressing her for photos and I have re-attached it. I don’t think the petticoat is original to her but she came to me with it and it flares out skirt nicely. The Annabelle book is a lovely signed 1st edition in beautiful condition except for the back inside cover which someone once drew a grid and numbers on (in pencil). Doll has no bad odors or marks, questions welcome.

She comes in her original tagged dress along with her original shoes and socks. Kathy’s face paint is beautiful, and her complexion is free of flaws. Her eyebrows are clearly defined, her eyelashes are good, and her eyes open and close although a bit sluggish. Her wig is in tact with the exception of the back of her neck where it looks like she may have originally had a hat attached?? She has one original bow on her pigtail. Her body is in great shape, but her stringing is a bit loose. Kathy’s tagged dress is in great shape. It has three snaps up the back, all intact. The sleeve elastic is stretched, but they remain puffed and display well. Her slip and underpants are not included. The tag at the top of the back neckline reads “Kathy” Madame Alexander New York USA. Her shoes and socks are in great condition. The original “Kathy By Madam Alexander” pamphlet is included (see photo). She comes from a smoke and pet free home. Lease let me know if you have any questions.
