Featured here is the hard to find (HTF) gorgeous 75th Anniversary Madame Alexander Cissy VENICE Doll made in 1998. She will come to you in her original outfit with exception of the “cross bow” hairpiece, her forehead jewel and her original gold tiara. Everything else in the original outfit is included — including the very, very RARE papier-mache jeweled and feathered turquoise Elephant Head and gold beaded green feather fan. Her outfit is comprised of a lovely multi-colored (burgundy, rose, peach) chiffon gown with told trim and jeweled accents, a voluminous rose lined blue ruffled cape with hook and eye fastener! And MA tag, gold and rhinestone jewelry (dangle earrings, cuff bracelets, choker necklace, hair decoration), brocade slacks and gold formal length gloves and gold shoes. NOTE 1: TWO metal doll stands will come with this doll — a large metal stand for the doll and a smaller black metal stand for the Elephant Head. THe Elephant Head and stands weigh close to 1 pound together. This gorgeous redhead has her hair in its original long waves, with original braid. She has the smokey green eye shadow of the 75th Anniversary Cissy Dolls, full dark lashes, eye highlights, red lips and rosy cheeks. This doll is MISSING her center forehead jewel and her original gold tiara. A replacement tiara has been added; her price has been reduced accordingly. No props in the photos are included — only the dressed doll with her listed accessories and her two metal doll stands. The books say the dress is very hard to find on page #150 of the Cissy Files, but I think it is rare. The dress is in excellent condition with no rips, holes, or odors, the elastic is still stretchy, the lace is pretty. There are a couple of tiny brown spots on the sleeve and bodice of the dress, shown in the last two photos. They may soak out in oxiclean.
