This dress set is a replica of the 1955 red plaid cotton dress with wide collar. Small rhinestones dot the front bodice and skirt. The skirt is full and is hemstitched. Vintage 1950′s Madame Alexander Cissy doll. Hard plastic with vinyl jointed arms. Stitched part red/ auburn wig. Tagged Cissy organdy dress. Matching hat and purse. Presented here is a beautiful vintage Madame Alexander Cissy doll. She has a hard plastic jointed body with vinyl jointed arms. Stitched part red/ auburn wig in curls with bangs, the hair is swept over the part in the center, curls in the back. Blue-green sleep eyes that open and closes with thick hair lashes, painted under lashes, nice coloring, coral mouth, ears are not pierced. Marked on the back of the head “ALEXANDER” under the hair. She is wearing her original tagged yellow-green organdy dress with lace trim and short puff sleeves, tied with a beige satin sash. The organdy has a light pink rose pattern throughout. The dress is in excellent vintage condition. Underneath she has a net petticoat with lace trim, white panties and white plastic molded shoes. The hat and purse were made to match the outfit of light green straw with yellow and beige flowers, trimmed with a fine white veil. The listing is for the doll and clothes shown only, no stand. Vintage 1950′s Madame Alexander Cissette doll. Tagged pink silk taffeta gown. Horsehair pink hat, matching purse, pink floral high heel shoes, white panties. Brunette hair, triple stitched part. Presented here is a beautiful vintage 1957-58 Madame Alexander Cissette doll wearing her original tagged pink silk/ rayon taffeta dress trimmed with pink flowers. She also wears a vintage wide brim pink horsehair hat with matching purse trimmed with floarls, pink taffeta slip and white panties. The shoes are pink with white straps and flowers on the toes. The dress and accessories are in excellent vintage condition. The doll is hard plastic, bent knee, holds a pose nicely, the strings are good. Lovely face with great color, blue-green eyes that open and close, red mouth. Her hair is brunette color, it has a triple stitched part , thick and full with most of the original curl, bangs. This is a very scarce & limited 1967 issue. She is wearing a nice 2 piece light blue tweed suit wit hot pink scarf & headband. Her hair maintains its original shape & styling. She comes with her box, catseye glasses with green lenses, red purse, camera, and the original tag – all still attached to her wrist. The only mystery she will be solving is why you haven’t already bought & paid for her! Marks : Madame Alexander – Nancy Drew – 1264 – box shows dress checked is green (see photo) but she is dressed in light blue. The only thing which may be an issue is that her legs are not tightly strung, but that may be as produced. I don’t know because I have never had the opportunity to examine another one.
