MADAME ALEXANDER KINS WENDY STRAIGHT LEGS WALKER HARD PLASTIC DOLL. She has a very cute Teddy Bear toy attached to her wrist. Her dress has some visible aging signs, trimmed, cute white laces, tag cut, cute shoes. Her eyelashes are very unusual. There’s a tiny convex line on the top of the eyes and it’s painted black. It’s like that line is pretend to be the eyelashes. It’s the second doll in our collection with this unusual eyes. Doll is about 7-8 inches tall. Her walking mechanism doesn’t work perfectly well. Sometimes her head or legs may get stuck. Her eyes may get stuck sometimes when she’s laying down. Otherwise it’s fine. Signed ALEX on her back for Madame Alexander authenticity. Her hair is very unusual, very thick, it’s in the quintessential Alexander flip, the wig is. Slightly messy, however it’s still cute. Her eyes are gorgeous, unusual deep color. Madame Alexander Fashion Dolls Lot of 3 Blonde Hair w/ Boxes Certificates.

This sweet vintage Madame Alexander Wendy Ann is all-original from head-to-toe! She is a 13 twist-waist early Wendy Ann with molded hair rather than the human hair wigs worn by later MA twist-waist composition dolls such as Wendy Ann and Sonja Henie. These dolls also have the painted side-glancing eyes like Madame’s Little Betty dolls and her 9 Wendy Ann dolls. The twist-waist doll was my very first favorite Madame Alexander doll when I discovered her in my late mother’s collection. She has one bent knee, one bent arm, and one arm gracefully outstretched. Hence, she is able to attain a variety of poses that other dolls cannot. Her panties and petticoat are trimmed with the same delicate looped lace trim. Her socks and black side-snap shoes are perfect. The blue-skirted dress and matching hat are flawless. The same black velvet ribbon on the white bodice of the dress is used to encircle the hat just above the brim. The doll has lovely composition and her original beautifully-colored complexion with just a hint of pink at her cheeks. The kitty pictured in one photo is a prop and NOT part of the listing. She has a hard plastic jointed body with vinyl jointed arms. Her red hair is in the original style, nice sheen with curly bangs, it is in tight original curls. Sparkling blue eyes, thick hair lashes, painted under lashes. She has a gorgeous face, lovely. Coloring, coral mouth, pierced ears with pearl. Earrings and original strung pearl necklace with silver filigree latch in back. Marked on the back of the head “ALEXANDER” under the hair. Good strings, she holds a pose well. She is wearing her original minty Cissy tagged very rare corset that zips in the back. Underneath she has a stiff net petticoat with net ruffles and attached original taffeta panties, plus back seamed nylon stockings and a silk garter. Her hat is stunning, wide brim straw adorned with velvet and silk flowers, draped with black veil that has chenille dots. Her stole is a 1950s genuine mink pelt with glass eyes. The clothing is clean, sturdy, no odors, no stains, no tears, nice body. Cissy’s shoes are strappy plastic high heels with fringe trim and a peach flocked flower. Cissy is accompanied by her 1950′s original porcelain spaghetti poodle on a gold chain leash, adorable sitting pose with peach bow at the neck.
