Madame Alexander Dolls

This is a beautiful CISSETTE from 1958 #821 complete with original box. It is shown in Merod’s “Cissette” book on p. There are not enough nice things to say about this stunning. Cissette she is just wonderful in every way. The doll has a shiny light blonde wig with original tight curls. Her coloring is outstanding and her all original facial coloring is really bright. Her body is free of any issues and she retains her original stringing. The outfit is beautiful as well. The dress is free of any stains, tears or odors. It is nice and full and the color is still a beautiful unfaded purple with nice white lace trim. Under the dress she has on a crisp white slip and bloomers both with nice tight original stretch to the elastic. Her hose look perfect with no runs and her purple heels have really tight elastic and are not stretched out. The only minor issue I see is a little discoloration on the bottom of one of the shoes which I have shown. Lastly is Cissette’s fantastic hat which is just perfect in every way. The box is correctly marked and just shows normal wear. All together this is a. Unplayed with doll that is sure to stand out in your collection. Original Madame Alexander Dionne Quintuplet Composition Dolls -NO RESERVE. Offered with a low starting price and NO RESERVE… A fabulous, original collection of Madame Alexander, Dionne Quintuplet composition dolls. They measure about 7 tall. Each has original clothing and embroidered name tag bib. The pictured, original booklet comes with the dolls, as does the bag of name tag pins. See pictures for details & condition This is a pre-owned item and not new. They all have normal wear and patina consistent with age. A couple of the shoes have damage where the snaps fell off. Cecile was pictured without a sock but we found it later in her box. Each of the four dolls comes with her original box. They boxes do have some rips and tears and show age and wear. Her head is just a bit wobbly but her arms are fine and her knees bend well. Her hair is an amazing copper penny color, shiny and perfect. Her face paint is very high color and quite flawless. Her outfit is crisp and looks like it came right from the store. She comes with an extra pair of shoes and is wearing a bracelet and ring. Under her outfit she is wearing a black lace teddy. She is in her original box which is not in good shape (as you can see) but still is her original box. I have taken 3 more close up photos outside in bright sunlight. I’m afraid they’re still not quite as sharp as I would like but a new camera is coming. There is a bit of wear on the paint on her neck mostly on her right side. I don’t notice it in regular light but in bright light there is a bit of very subtle mottling mostly on the outside of her left eye. Her cheek color is amazing as are her eyebrows and lips. The doll is a straight leg nonwalker, solid heavy plastic. She has a triple stitch blonde tosca wig and her stringing is good. She has pretty overall body tone with no splits. Her face has very nice coloring. Very cute doll in a very rare outfit. Has a pink purse matching pink of rickrack on the outfit. Her outfit includes a white lace fancy bonnet with original ties, a tagged romper with leg elastic still holding memory. Square snaps in the back to close the organdy top of the romper. The Jumper has three white original buttons in back. I see no holes in the organdy or cotton. There is a teeny tiny repair at the bottom edge of hem. Hard to find or see. Top stitch white velveteen with fuzzy soles and have side snaps in very good condition. A couple of spots on shoes. This item will be insured. I messed up on the wording earlier.
