1950′s Madame Alexander 20 tall Cissy doll. She is wearing a long flowing yellow dress with matching jacket that has shiny gold trim-this is an original Cissy outfit with label still attached. There are noticeable areas of staining on the dress and jacket. She has light brown hair with bright blue open and close eyes and vinyl jointed knees and elbows. The doll is good condition and has been in storage for many years. Face has soiling and staining most noticeable around the nose and a spot on the forehead. Head, arms, legs, knees and elbows still move well. Legs have soiling and discoloration as does the upper chest area. Marked Alexander on the back of the head at bottom. Foreign according to country. For your consideration, a charming 8 1956 #625. Wendy wears a Charming Ensemble. She is a hard plastic doll with a “Alex” tag on her back. She is a Bend Knee Walker. Her outfit consist of. White Taffeta undies, white taffeta tagged dress that matches the lining of her coat. Over her dress, she wears a emerald green velvet coat with a Peter pan collar and three white buttons. She wears a matching triangular hat with 3 triple tiny brads. On the 11th picture you can only see 2 the other one is on the other side. All clothing is in excellent condition, no rips, tears, discolorations etc. As is the doll. Her shoes snap on the side and they have fuzzy soles, as most shoes in the’50s did.
