Has a small crack on her back. Has a small crack center right side. Of her back and a tiny chip left. Side of her neck. Both of her shoe. Her slip has a few. It appears her slip. And panties are played with but her. Dress is very nice condition with little. But there is a very small hole. In the back of the right sleeve. We are a clean and smoke. We do not offer. Part of the reason we love Madame Alexander dolls so much is the exquisite clothes and costumes. Here is a rare find… A hard plastic, ball jointed Madelaine with tagged Alexander wardrobe! Madeleines is in nearly mint condition, beautiful vinyl face, high cheek color, no marks, stains, or rubs, perfect eyelashes original blonde wig is in original set I love the braid and curls in the back! A very beautiful doll in her own right. Her body is like an antique ball jointed body. Only made for a year, I think. Her body is very clean with only a little black mark in the top of her left foot from the oilcloth shoe. With a little effort, and maybe soft scrub, it should come off but doesn’t show with socks. Stringing is original, arms good, legs or knees a tiny loose. She comes with wardrobe. First garment is a pink taffeta slip trimmed in lace, button closure, tagged Madelaine. Her pink panties match. There is black mark on back of slip (see photo). Her original costume is a pink organdy dress with short puff sleeves trimmed in lace and embroidered rose buds. Dress is clean and crisp. No holes, mends, etc. Matching Hat is natural straw trimmed with lace with pink satin ribbons and mini flowers. Shoes are pale pink satin, side snap, trimmed with bow, flat soles. Shoes have minor fraying along some edges. She also comes with clothing marked/tagged. 18 Tall Madame Alexander fashions, NEW YORK, USA including. Pale lavender wool coat with white collar and cuffs, lined in white taffeta. Lavender straw hat with pink ribbon. White organdy blouse, lace trimmed with puff sleeves, tiny pearl buttons, square snaps and tagged plus Pale blue organdy with pink dotted Swiss type pinafore, lace trim with pockets and square snaps. With slip on, it is difficult to snap shut. The hat I assume goes with this outfit is pinky/natural straw with blue straw band and pink velvet flowers. Looks smaller than other hats, but it all came together. Black oilcloth center snapped shoes in good condition, with some scuffing issues, velvet soles. Cute 2 piece swimsuit/ sun suit marked 18 Madame Alexander in green check with purple rosebuds print. Lace trimmed panties have tag, bra top has button closure. Clean and very cute. Terry cloth robe, pinkish terry, pale green? Satin collar and pocket with matching cord tie. Looks unplayed with, but may have slightly darkened with age. Hard to know but in nice condition. Pale pink cotton nightgown, trimmed at waist with blue ribbon. Looking close, after all these years, back of nightgown discolored and one brown stain…. Never noticed this before, but I’ve had huge success getting this type of stain out with oxiclean spray. If I don’t sell her, I’ll be giving this a try. This is also tagged 18 TALL Alexander. Cardboard comb and curlers for Madame Alexander Doll box in near mint condition. Shoe bag comes with with pink suede slippers with white pompoms, second pair of black oilcloth side snapped shoes, brown and white tie saddle shoes and red vinyl suede bottom rain boots. All measure about 2 long. 5 Dolly’s Pride hangars. A great package that has been carefully stored in smoke free home. I pack items extremely well, only one damaged item in 30 years, however, once scammed… Shame on them, twice scammed, shame on me. Some people ruin it for everyone!
