This is a beautiful vintage Madame Alexander Elise doll wearing her 1959 ribbon skirt and mandarin jacket set #25-63. This is the doll that is in The Elise Files book by Kiley Shaw on page 70. The tagged skirt is made from a heavy satin fabric that is highlighted with gold threads. The green jacket has a mandarin collar and is trimmed with jacquard ribbon. Elise wears her original panties, round rhinestone earrings, and high heels, as well as replacement stockings. She has one well repaired seam split on the outside of her left knee, a few flyaways to her hair, and has been freshly blushed. This is a very nice example of Elise wearing a rare boxed extra outfit from 1959. Doll stand not included. Please look at all the photos as they are part of the description. The free listing tool. Cissy Doll To Dress. Doll Only (No Clothes). She is sparkling clean with beautiful blue eyes that open and close, full original lashes, pretty eyelids, pretty face color and no splits or cracks anywhere, not even inside the hips. Both knees work properly. She has a faint brownish mark from her nose to her cheek that shows up more in photos than in person. The blush on one knee has faded. This pretty Cissy doll was wearing the aqua taffeta outfit as seen on page 48 of The Cissy Files book by Kiley Ruwe Shaw when I got her. She appeared to never have had any play from the way the floral bandeau was securely in her hair in lovely condition and with none of the usual scratches on the inside upper legs or around the neck. Here for your consideration is Madame Alexander’s 21 inch Cissy named 1925 Mistinguett Moulin Rouge. I read on line that this doll represents a real person who was a French Actress and Singer. Her name was Jeanne Florentine Bourgeois. She was, at one time, the highest-paid female entertainer in the world. She was born April 13, 1875 and died January 5, 1956. There were only 75 of these dolls made world wide. She does have her COA. She is absolutely gorgeous with blonde curly hair and is dressed similarly to her time in entertainment. She has beads down the side of her slacks, and a colorful top with tulle ruffles, golden trim and lots of beading. She wears her black high heel shoes. She also has a little hat to top off her gorgeous outfit. She has beautiful sleep eyes. This doll has never been removed from her box for display. Moulin Rouge Mistinguett 21 inch a fully articulated Cissy, with blue eyes and a sensational head full of short blonde curls, is dressed in a daring outfit made from a nude sheer. Her sleeveless, V-cut bodice is enhanced by jet and silver beads and the soft pink peplum, attached to the bodice, is rich with gold trim and blue and white, chiffon, ribbon ruffles. The top is worn with black tights embellished on the side of the legs, with black and silver beads. Black opera length gloves, silver, rhinestone earrings, a bracelet of white beads and black patent heels completes Moulin Rouge 21 inch whose outfit is topped off by an adorable gold top hat that is trimmed with a sheer, light blue ribbon. Vintage 1950′s Madame Alexander Cissette doll. Original pink high heel shoes with floral toes. Tosca hair, stitched part. Presented here is a beautiful vintage 1950′s Madame Alexander Cissette doll wearing a 1950′s pink taffeta dress, original Cissette pink hat with flocked and velvet flowers, original strappy pink high heels with velvet flowers and. On the toes, underneath she has matching pink panties. The doll is hard plastic, bent knee, no cracks or damage. Lovely high color face with blue-green sleep eyes, that open and close freely, red mouth, single stroke brows. Her hair is looks to be tosca color (between light brown, dark blonde and reddish), stitched part with most of the original curl. The doll holds a pose nicely, knees bend. The clothing is in excellent vintage condition, no stains, no tears, nice body. The written description is based on my opinion and observation of the item. This is an amazing Elise from 1964. This is a transition Elise so she is hard plastic except for her head and arms. She wears a gorgeous peachy/pink ball gown that is full of gorgeous lace. I believe its very difficult to find this dress in this color. The bodice is Val lace too. Her original dress is beautiful and she has two slips, a pink with Val lace that does have a few stains on it and a white full slip however, the elastic has stretched and needs to be sewn. She has brunette hair that is glossy and beautiful – full of curl! Her color is really nice and she has beautiful coral lips. Shes wearing her original pink shoes. Overall a lovely doll!
