Madame Alexander Dolls

I actually acquired her from the famous baseball player, Phil Rizzuto’s wifes collection many years back. This is Elise Brunette Ballerina with original pink slippers, no outfit unfortunately. She is 15.5 inches tall with original upswept brunette hairdo and flowered garland still in tact. She has a stunning face, great coloring, beautiful, clear greenish sleep eyes, full lashes, ruby red lips. Her body is hard plastic and is marked Mme Alexander on her back See picture. Her arms, and face are a softer plastic. Her arms are articulated and bend at the elbow. Her legs bend at the knee and ankles. She has the Madame Alexander circle on her neck with numbers that look like 1938 but I do not think that is the date I tried to research that but really was not able to find out what I needed. If you have any information, I appreciate it. This is a stunning doll and one I hate to part with Nicer in person.
