The books say the dress is very hard to find on page #150 of the Cissy Files, but I think it is rare. The dress is in excellent condition with no rips, holes, or odors, the elastic is still stretchy, the lace is pretty. There are a couple of tiny brown spots on the sleeve and bodice of the dress, shown in the last two photos. They may soak out in oxiclean. The photos are the main description and if you need more please ask. The sale is for the dress only. The doll and her accessories are not included and the hat is in another listing.
