Rare Madame Alexander 20″ Glamour Girl “Picnic Day from 1953. She is a Margaret Doll with Auburn curled hair and green eyes. Her head moves from side to side when you move her legs. She has her original hat, dress, hoop skirt, and shoes. And also her pantaloons and stockings. Her dress is pink, green, and black with a gold sash and a Madame Alexander label. She has pink fingernail polish. Clothing and underclothes have no spots, stains or rips that I can see. Issues: The flowers on her hat are faded and the netting is frayed in spots. The hoop on underskirt is bent out of shape. When her eyes are closed you can see paint on eyelid has faded or chipped off. Shoes a little frayed. Please examine all photos.

This is a lovely vintage Madame Alexander Little Genius Alexander-Kins doll. She measures about 8 inches and is in super clean condition. She shows almost no wear and appears all original down to her diaper. There is a small hole in the lace on top of the bonnet. This will be packed carefully for its trip to you. She is in excellent condition with original dark blonde wig in curl set, bright face coloring with brown brows, blue green eyes that open and close easily, black under lashes, pink peach blushed cheeks and red pert lips. Her body is in excellent tightly strung condition with straight legs and walker works, slightly stiff. Alex is wearing her pink, white dot cotton romper with eyelet ruffle with faint print tag, fuzzy bottom shoes and rayon socks with correct very hard to find hat and cute pink bear.
