Madame Alexander 8 Wendy Loves School – Dresses. This is a vintage Madame Alexander doll, approximately 8 inches tall, produced between 1956 and 1957. The doll is made of hard plastic and features a Straight Leg Walker (SLW) body. 8 inches tall (about 20 cm). Hard plastic doll. Straight Leg Walker (SLW) body. Walker mechanism: working properly. Sleep eyes: working properly. Hair color: Auburn (reddish-brown). Original cotton dress with pinafore. Button-strap shoes with fuzzy bottoms (Some dirt is present on the soles). Original black straw hat. Original Madame Alexander-kins tag attached. Overall condition is good for its age, with normal signs of vintage wear. A small flaw is present on the pinafore, located on the lower black horizontal stripe near the front (slightly to the left when facing the doll).
