She wears a matching red taffeta hat, and original “fur” cape is lined in matching taffeta as well, both of which are in fantastic condition. Her Light cream taffeta Hoop-slip and attached, lace trimmed panties still have tight elastic are still stiff and beautiful. She wears her original netting stockings and black flawlessly fuzzy soled shoes, both in beautiful condition. Her hair is in original set of curls that circle her head like a wreath. She has very long and thick black eyelashes, pouty Maggie lips and soft blushing, and beautiful eyebrows. She has an original wrist tag and black Madame Alexander hat box. This doll truly is stunning to look at. Her tagged twilight Blue taffeta dress is crisp and the collar and sleeve cuffs are still rather white! SHe has a cute little matching taffeta belt that fastens with a pearl belt loop. Her pink velvet hat is darling and ties with a matching pink satin bow at her chin. Her socks are fairly wite, she carries a black and gold hat box with original cardboard Binnie tag, and curlers and comb still on the original card. Her coloring is beautiful (cheeks, eyebrows, eye-shadow, lips etc,) Her Eyes are piercing blue with thick, full lashes. Her curls are still shiny and tightly in original curled set. Her original “Binnie” box and original tissue is still in fairly nice condition, but the box does have some light age wear and age staining. Her shiny blonde hair has curled under bangs and soft curl clusters at the nape of her neck, all nearly flawless and in original set. Her crisply tagged gown is slate blue, soft taffeta with elaborate silk braid and loop-trimmed panniers on her hips and bustle drapery down the back. She has lace trimmed tulle sleevelets, and netting stockings. She wears a light cream, taffeta, loop trimmed petticoat with a hoop that accentuates the bustle in the back, and attached lace-trimmed pantaloons in fantastic condition. Her shoes are lovely with almost flawless fuzz still on the soles. Her original lace hat is a light cream with original flowers and original pink satin ribbon that ties nicely at her chin. Her original pink velvet handbag is in nice condition, and she also carries a white and gold Madame Alexander hat box also in lovely condition. For sale is this Beautiful 18 Near Mint, Madame Alexander Ballerina. Her coloring is fantastic, her eyes are blue with thick, full eyelashes, and her eyes open and close as they should. Her hair is shiny and still in original up-do. The Roses and velvety flowers in her hair are still AMAZING. She has matching flowers on her shoulder, at her waist and on her wrist as a corsage. She has her original black necklace. Her salmon pink and gold outfit is outstanding. The tag is crisp and perfect, all of the tulle is still stiff, as is the pink satin bodice, and all the gold trimming is still rather sparkly. Her matching pink satin panties are perfect. Her original shoes are lovely as well. The only real “flaw” I can see is a tiny bit of darkening of glue on a couple of the roses. MOST of the roses are GORGEOUS. This is a 14″, Vintage, Near Mint In box, Madame Alexander “Annabelle by Kate Smith with her wrist tag. She is simply adorable!! Her blonde hair is Shiny, smooth and in original set— with the sides pulled up with a hair bar and large original aqua Bow sitting on top. Her little Maggie face and coloring are fantastic. She wears a crisply tagged BRIGHT white dress with Peter Pan collar and white ric-rac trim. Up for sale is this amazing near mint 18 Vintage Madame Alexander Active Miss (same body as Sweet Violet). The active miss and sweet violet dolls have different bodies than the other Madame Alexander dolls. They are jointed at the wrists, elbows and knees, and all of her joints work well. Their eyes are a lovely deeper blue than other Madame Alexander dolls. This active miss is in extraordinary condition. She is wearing her crisply tagged party dress of pink organdy, white lace trim, and pink satin ribbon sash. She has a perfect lace trimmed slip with matching panties, also trimmed in lace and adorned with little pink bows. Her white socks and black patent leather side snap shoes are flawless as well. Her pink bonnet is trimmed with lace, ribbon and stunning original flowers. There are a few tiny spots of discoloration from age. As for the doll herself, she is breathtaking. Her eyes are that deep blue, eyelashes thick and long. Her original eye-shadow, brows, blushing and lips are all stunning. Her hair is in nearly perfect original curls. Up for sale is this 18, Near Mint in Box, Vintage, Madame Alexander Picnic Day doll from the Glamour Girl portrait series. She is wearing her flawlessly tagged, stiff, cotton-candy pink, polished cotton gown, with black lace trim, unbelievably full gathered skirt, and green taffeta sash. There is no fading of the black lace trim or coloring in the gown. Her facial coloring is perfect as well— vibrant blushing, eye shadow, lips, eyebrows, etc. Her hair is in it’s original set in nearly flawless shiny curls. Her bold brown eyes, and very thick, long eyelashes open and close as they should. Her hoop-slip and attached panties are perfect and still rather crisp and white, with still tight elastic. Her original net stockings are as perfect as her shoes with flawlessly fuzzy soles. She wears a straw picture hat with flowers and black netting that ties under her chin (also has an elastic that holds the hat in place) It is in great condition with the exception of one place where it was bent in the box for years and has cracked just a little. Her box is in ok condition, as well, but not minty like the doll. NO odors– from a smoke free and pet free home. This is an amazing doll!
