This doll is in fantastic shape for its age!! I zoomed in on all the imperfections, so please refer to pictures for condition!! Arms are loose and eyes don’t always open and close when you lay it down. I did not clean it as I did not want to ruin its condition.

Beautiful display ready JO from Little Women c. Sweet Maggie face Jo in blue red and green plaid. She is complete tagged and all original. She still has her hard to find Little women clover wrist tag and Little Women wrist tag as well. A very pretty doll.

No seam or crotch splits. Dress and gloves have light soiling. Replaced shoes, some eyelashes missing from the left eye and the head needs to be retrung. Please check out the other items I have. This is one of the prettiest, 14 1/2 tall, signed: Madame Alexander/Sonja Henie composition dolls we have ever offered with original thick, blond human hair wig in original set with original, flower & marabou headpiece and barrette, beautiful, clear brown, sleep eyes with sable hair lashes, painted lower eyelashes, brows, eyeshadow and knee blush. She has an open mouth with row of pretty teeth and adorable dimples. She is wearing her charming original, tagged: Genuine /Sonja Henie/Madame Alexander/New York, N. She is in excellent condition, holds a pose well and has no crazing, no cracks or chips, no repainting or hair trim. Her clothing has no stains, tears or fading and no odors as she is from a smoke free home. Originally advertised in “Playthings” magazine in 1939, she was made to represent this famous ice-skating champion who also became a movie star. This is one of the sweetest Alexanders. All original Madame Alexander, Her face is flawless, excellent color, hair in perfect braids, original style. As many of these dolls are beautiful collectible treasures! This is a LOVELY vintage Madame Alexander Cissy doll , dressed in a fresh, reproduction outfit. Cissy is 21 tall, with hard plastic body and soft vinyl sleeved arms and jointed knees. She has lovely facial features with pretty blue-green eyes that open and close easily, full lashes, peach eyelids, one stroke eyebrows, light cheek blush and full red mouth. Her honey blond wig is in its original set with lots of curls. As far as I can tell, she is clean and free of issues, other than some glue along the sides of her face near the wig line. Her knees and arms bend, and there are no cracks or splits to her body, but please inspect the photos and contact me with an questions. Her wonderful gingham reproduction day dress is made of crisp vintage taffeta in pink and white check with white net puffed sleeves and rhinestones on the bodice. Underneath she wears a white stiff net circular slip tagged Jane Miller and white taffeta panties with white val lace trim, seamed nylons, and new vintage-style pink strappy sandals. Her stunning natural straw portrait hat with pink roses and matching handbag are an original Retro-rich design and compliment the outfit perfectly! She has her original coloring no touch ups, beautiful blue eyes that work as they should with full original eyelashes, red lips, rosy cheeks, full brunette up-do wig with original curl. She is wearing a cream satin bra, cream satin and net slip, pink Cissy taffeta panties trimmed with val lace, vintage stockings, and boudoir slip on shoes pink with white bases and adorned with a rose, and original Cissy faux pearl tear drop earrings. The doll does have a small split on her inside right knee, a hip split on her left hip, and a hairline tiny split on her right hip all pictured in the last two pictures. She is 15-1/2 inches tall and made of all hard plastic except for her arms, which are vinyl. She has joints at the head, shoulders, elbows, hips, knees and ankles. Elise is from around 1957. She has pretty blue sleep eyes that work well, all of her brush and painted lashes, good lip color, light brows and original cheek color that is not as pink as when new. There is a hint of yellow to her face, but not that bad. Her pretty blonde wig is in its original set with spanner bar, hairpins and hairnet that has never been removed. The back of her wig could use some primping. All of her joints work well. Stringing is good except her arm band needs to be replaced. She has no breaks in her hard plastic, and her vinyl arms are in good shape. All fingers are present. She has her original earring holders and one pearl earring, which could use replacing. The holders could use some cleaning. She is a real cutie and would look superb in any original Elise costume or handmade creation. Please look at the pictures to evaluate Elise for your collection. Here for your consideration is a vintage Madame Alexander Cissy doll in excellent condition! Cissy is jointed at the neck, shoulders, elbows and knees. All her joints work properly. She is free of any splits and her vinyl arms are free of any chews. Her body is clean and the usual joint rubs are minimal. I note her head wobbles back and forth just a bit. She does have a few tiny random marks that you would expect to see on a doll of this vintage. Cissys face paint is all original. She has nicely blushed cheeks and a pretty bisque like complexion. She has lovely blue eyes and her brush eyelashes are nice and full. Cissys blonde wig was professionally restyled and I want to note that she does have hairspray in her hair to keep her curls in place. All in all this is a very nice doll that I think you will be happy to add to your collection. Please do not hesitate to ask any questions you may have. 16 VINTAGE ELISE DOLL BY MADAME ALEXANDER! Face and pretty tosca wig. Elise is redressed in a pretty pink vintage taffeta dress. I was told that Elise is a 1957 doll by Madame Alexander. Face paint is beautiful and Elise has light blue sleep eyes with full original brush lashes. Elise does not have shoes or undies. Her joints all work well.
