She does have a small split on her inside right knee, a hip split on her left hip, and a hairline tiny split on her right hip picture #9. The hip splits do not show when she is standing as seen in pictures #10 & # 11. She is a very clean doll and displays very nicely. She is a stunning infused Cissy with a lovely blonde up-do. There are no splits or cracks on the doll that I can find including up on the hips. She has beautiful coloring as you can see. Beautiful clear blue eyes, full eyelashes, ruby red lips and rosy cheeks. There are no earring holes. The only issue I see is that her legs on the back are blotchy. It is not a big issue but I feel that I should mention it. I do not know what caused this and it is very hard to see and even harder to capture with a camera, look at the last two photos and enlarge them. It does not show when she is wearing stockings. She is a beauty. No splits cracks or odors to the doll, she is close to mint and very clean. Her coloring is beautiful ruby red lips, rosy cheeks, clear blue eyes with full eyelashes. She may have had a spa treatment I don’t know for sure, if so it was very well done. I believe she is an early painted Cissy because she does not have holes for earrings in her ears. Her wig is an original Cissy with a blonde up do style close to perfect, hardly a hair out of place. The dress is tagged J. The outfit consists of a black floral cotton dress with white organdy notched collar that opens up the front. Under the dress is a a black net petticoat with pink satin ribbon trim and white satin panties. A black open crown wide brim hat trimmed with flowers and tulle compliments the dress. Accessories include a new faux pearl necklace, faux diamond bracelet and Cissy ring, a pink floral reproduction MA hat box by Kiley Shaw, black faux pearl trimmed shoes, and new reproduction Cissy stockings. This Rare VICTORIA #2030c, was based on the styles of the 1850′s. Victoria is a rare and all original hard plastic 18. Madame Alexander Maggie face doll. Her hair is shiny and in the original set. She has clear eyes that open and close. Her Madame Alexander tagged dress is made of blue faille taffeta with side panniers and bustle drapery all trimmed in silk braid. Here is one of Madame Alexander’s most SCARCE dolls from 1953. She is called “Civil War” and uses the Margaret face and is a walker and is number 2010B. She is 18 tall and magnificent and comes complete including her white and gold hatbox. Eyes work well, all lashes intact. She is in remarkable condition with her white taffeta dress trimmed with lace and bright red rose buds cascading down the front of the dress, along with matching roses encircling the crown of her white sheer picture hat. She has beautiful brunette hair. She comes with all her under garments. Stringing is good and tight and walker works perfectly. This is a hard plastic doll not composition and has no odors or cracks and comes from a smoke free home, and was displayed away from sunlight. Just an amazing doll! She has been to the spa and looks amazing. Her beautiful red wig has lovely curls. This girl has clear blue eyes with white whites, lovely original eyelashes, ruby red lips, and rosy cheeks. There are no cracks, splits, repairs, or odors to this doll. Her hands and knees still retain their blush. The only issue she has are that the backs of her upper arms appear to have transfer from a dark fabric. She must have worn a black dress at sometime in her past life. There are products that can be used to remove this. She is well strung and holds a pose. A truly beautiful early Cissy doll, don’t let her get away. Welcome to my auctions! She is 20 tall with hard plastic body and soft vinyl jointed arms. Her knees are also jointed for posing. Her dress is made of a vintage blue polished cotton with design of pink rosebuds, with drop waist and puffed sleeves. It is a lovely fabric with nice sheen and fullness. A copy of one of Cissy’s original dresses. There are 5 square snaps that close her dress in back. Under the dress is a taffeta nylon half slip with matching undies. The dress and slip/undies were made by several seamstress friends that are highly talented. She has nice tight nylons and lovely, newer blue high heel Cissy shoes. She carries a white straw bag with pink velvet rose and matches her white horsehair hat, made by Richards Originals.. I have embellished the hat with a large pink velvet rose and sprigs of tiny blue flowers. Her jewelry is a signature rhinestone bracelet and matching rhinestone stud earrings. A pair of pink nylon Cissy gloves completes her outfit. Cissy herself is stunning. She has been to the spa for a refreshing and has a flawless face…….. Nice cheek color, one stroke brows, full lashes and full red mouth. Her eyes are a deep blue color. Her hair is a deep honey blond and the hair is pulled up on each side and made into one large curl. The hair is pulled back from the front into a cluster of curls at the back of her neck. Her hair looks more red in my pictures, as my camera can’t seem to get it right. The doll has no problems, no cracks and clean condition. A lovely doll and gorgeous outfit! From smoke free home.
