This lot includes 12 vintage 1970s and 1980s Madame Alexander 8 World International Dolls. These 8-inch girl dolls are part of the Dolls of the World product line. Each doll represents a different country and is an original piece from the 1970s & 1980′s. These collectible dolls are perfect for all occasions and would make a great addition to any doll collection. Each doll comes with the original box and some also have the hang tags. This Vintage Margaret OBrien Composition Doll, standing at 18 inches tall, is a lovely collectible piece that comes with a stand. The brown-haired girl doll, with straight hair and blue eyes that open and close, was manufactured in 1940′s by Madame Alexander. This original celebrity doll is made of composition material and features articulated limbs, removable clothes, and a light complexion. Very faint crazing noticed. Alexander imprinted on back of neck. Lovely pink and white outfit and pink bows and rayon socks with white shoes. Perfect for all occasions, this timeless treasure is a must-have for collectors of vintage dolls from the 1940s.

Rare Vintage Madame Alexander Cissy -Melanie Gone with the Wind, 1961 doll, 21, #2235. I received this doll for Christmas of 1961. She was so perfect and beautiful, she went up on a shelf to look at. She has been in a box, not the original, with her other outfits and stand, since about 1968. Her condition is very good, with no scratches or cracks, but most of her long lashes are missing. There are several dresses, the deep blue satin one and taffeta petticoat, has a label that says Cissy. She has her original silver shoes, underpants, nylons and some jewelry. I know my mom made a few of the other dresses, but a few may have come with her.

Clear Blue/green eyes with orig full thick brush lashes and eyeshadow. Face is clean with no flaws. Her Dress is Tagged Cissy. It is Clean, looks never washed. Orig, Slip, Panties, Stockings, and Shoes. She has no splits in her hard plastic and no repairs. No waiting, watching, and being outbid!! Thank you and happy ebaying!

She is not a composition doll as I first thought. I’m downsizing my Doll collection.

This is a beautiful vintage Madame Alexander hard plastic Nina Ballerina doll. She measures just over 17 inches and shows minor wear. This doll still wears her original hang tag. The dress is very clean and has some tears in the gold rick rack trim. There are some chalky areas on the skin surface. This doll would be a special addition to a collection.
