Alexander-kins tagged pink organdy shadow print dress and matching bloomers in beautiful condition. This dress is a lovely pink color with no fading or discoloring. There are no stains, tears holes or odors. The fabric has nice body and sits out beautifully. The matching bloomers with tight original stretch are in excellent condition. Madame Alexander 8 doll still in original box. Box has scribble marks and a couple of minor tears on the lid. The doll is in excellent condition doesn’t appear to be played with very much. She is complete bonnet dress under garments and shoes all in excellent condition. Vintage Adorable “Wendy Ann, Southern Bell” 1954. SLW (straight leg walker) 8 Hard Plastic Doll. Arrow all the way down to see More close-up pictures of her. We are offering this adorable fancy Alexander-kins Wendy from our long time collection. She is a SLW straight leg walker, sleepy eye, She is marked Alex on her back. Original factory, Auburn hair color, with bangs and flip hair style. Her wig is original, T RIPLE. STITCHED, never restyled, clean andThick. Wendy has visible eyebrows and her pretty eyes flicker open and close with ease pretty and clear. No scrapes or scuffs, No redoing, she is all original. Her walking mechanism works when you move her head her legs move back and forth and her arms are strung well and hold a pose. Her dress is white organdy with lots of lace, nice and stiff. The arms of the dress are a tule fabric. She has on her original slip, the elastic in not as tight as it once was at the waist. Under her dress and slip she is wearing long pantaloons, waist is snug. The dress closes in the back with the original snaps, So cute and so fancy. On her head is her original bonnet with stiff straw lace, tiny pink fuzzy flowers are attached to the inside and outside of the hat. Her bonnet closes with the original pink satin ribbons. Wendy Ann’s outfit has never been removed from her, no shelf dust detected, as she has been packed away and still in nice condition for being 61 years old. (See all photos below). She is wearing fuzzy black side snap shoes (No repairs) and white anklets. Wendy Ann Alexander-kins is fancy, Clean, never displayed or played with. She has no box so she is ready to display. Dress for a Party “The Prettiest Girl You Know is Wendy”. Eyes open and shut freely, and she is marked:Alex on her back. Wendy has a very pretty face with great color, with pink cheeks, light brown eyebrows and rosebud mouth. She must have wore red at sometime since she has a very light pink on the inside crease of her legs. This Wendy dress took a lot of looking before I found it, can be seen on the Internet. Alexander kins/Wendy is dressed for a party in a pink nylon dress with flocked dots and pink & blue clover blossoms flowers. Pink satin bow ties in back. Has lace around bottom, neck and sleeves. (lace has yellow some from age, I sure if washed it would be white again). Has a darker pink lining on bodice of dress. White panties and slip that the waist has been tighten, not so white socks and white side snap shoes with fuzzy bottoms. Her hat is vintage and might not be the right one, but she was wearing it when I got her. It is a light tan with pink flowers, since it lost the chin strap not sure how it fits. 8 1950s SLW MADAME ALEXANDER ALEXANDER-KINS Doll -All Orig. (for your consideration by Antique-Boutique). This is a darling little 8-inch Mdm Alex doll. She is all original from head to toe. She is a straight leg walker. Her outfit is in excellent condition. The dress could use a little ironing, though. No unpleasant odors, stains, or damage. She has beautiful eyes that open and close nicely. Her hair is as nice as the day she was made. Her little straw bonnet is adorable. Just a wonderful little doll! This is a darling vintage 1955 Madame Alexander Alexander-kins. She is plastic 8 tall and in over all clean exc/nm condition. She is a string straight leg Walker. She has uniform coloring throughout. She has all original face paint. She has red lips, bright clear hazel sleep eyes, molded lashes, painted lower lashes and well defined brows. She has a tiny minuscule rub on her bottom lip. Her right eye brow is faded on one end. She has thick shiny blond hair. Her body looks great. I see no scratches, scrapes, cracks, etc. Her limbs are tight. Her arms want to stay in the down position. She is marked Alex on the back. She has all of her fingers and toes. She is wearing a lovely outfit. She has a tagged blue silk dress with matching panties. She has a crisp pink gauze lace apron, white felt hat with a velvet flower accent and a tagged light pink cotton coat with 2 secure buttons. There is a tiny seam separation on the right arm. I also have a 1955 Madame Alexander booklet. It includes a lot of the fabulous fashions for the Alexander-Kings and Wendy for that year. This doll has the FACE OF AN ANGEL… !!! I can’t believe i’m even thinking of letting her go. She’s all original with taffeta dress with very full skirt, white eyelet apron/ pinafore and matching eyelet half slip & original lace trimmed panties. She comes wearing top-stitched shoes in overall good condtion for their age. Doll’s original hairbow is blue and her dress must have originally been a pastel blue. But over time the taffeta material has turned to a beautiful shade of lavender. I can see that the stitching on dress is blue. She’s a walker and her walking mechanism works smoothly. Produced in 1957 with the Wendy Ann face and marked ALEX on her back. Her number is #434. Absolutely darling all original doll in her tagged checked taffeta gown, black velvet jacket, wonderful black straw hat with veil and feather, original white pantaloons and slip with lace trim, and original socks and black shoes. She is carrying her original purse and earrings in her ears. Tag on inside of dress reads, Alexander-kins/Madame Alexander/REG. Her all hard plastic body is in excellent condition with no cracks, flaws, or smells. She has bend knees. Her shiny blonde hair is in the original set.
