Her arms have a greasy feeling, probably to keep the vinyl in good condition. She has the Elise face, and has a honey brown wig in stylish flip, blue sleep eyes and pink lips. She is wearing a classic 50′s style satin wedding gown with 2-layered tulle overlay, trimmed in embroidered lace, pearls and sequins, and large satin bow in the back. She has a crinoline petticoat, seamed pantyhose, blue garter and ribbon-tied white satin high heels. The wedding gown bodice is done with pearls, the veil headdress has pearls and she has a 3-strand pearl necklace and pearl teardrop earrings. Don’t miss this opportunity to own this item! Large Doll measures approximately: 16 Tall. Original Box measures approximately: 21″ x 13″ x 6. I have never removed the dolls from the packaging. Apparently, from my research on these dolls, I have noticed some. Doll sellers say that the arms/legs maybe loose and may need to be restrung. Apparently, this is typical/common practice on some dolls due to their age. The head joint is loose – possibly completely detached. I slightly pulled on the legs and arms and the left arm is detached. I assume then that both arms will need to be restrung. Please see my pictures, the limbs do not appear to me to dangle but should be restrung. At the same time. Other sellers have advised that the bands are fragile and can weaken or break. So it is probably best to assume that you may have to restring all the dolls joints just in case. This item comes from a huge collection of. Madame Alexander Dolls that I had listed. The box/packaging has some wear from storage. This item has been preowned and has some imperfections/wear. There are spots on the hem of her dress, see picture. Also, the box has some brown spots on it. The shoes have some brown on. The top of the shoe from the sole but it is hard to tell since they are in a. A bag and held in place with the ribbon.
