Madame Alexander Dolls

I have a rare Vintage Madame Alexander Cissy Fur Coat in like new condition with its original tag made in 1957. It comes with a Madame Alexander box which is not for this outfit. The box says Red and number 21-40 and is in fair condition with all over age spots on the front and back. MY DOLL is NOT INCLUDED in this listing as she is just modeling this is hard-to-find extra boxed outfit. All the pieces in this ensemble look like they were never played with, just a little wrinkled from storage. It comes with the coat, hat and muff which are light beige in color, the boots are more white in color, and the lining of the pieces are a pink colored taffeta material The coat closes at the neck with one snap closure and has a corsage of flowers on the coat by the neck which are in perfect condition and measures 11-3/4 from the back of the neck down to the bottom of the coat. The boots are a little large and measure approx. 2-5/8″ in length and 1-1/4″ across the toe area and have a flat sole. The hat and muff have a gold cord attached to each item. I did not put the hat over her head as I did not want to mess her hair, so I just left the cord in the back of her head when modeling. Please ask any questions and thanks for looking!

VINTAGE MADAME ALEXANDER CISSETTE AS JACQUELINE KENNEDY IN YELLOW DRESS & COAT. The shoe elastic is stretched, but otherwise she looks to be in very good condition. So very hard to find! This is an Orlon fur jacket and hat and muff made for Cissy by Madame Alexander in 1958. It is original and tagged. Pale pink lining of the Orlon fur shows more white in my photo’s, lining has the very light pale pink color. Floral Corsage at snap of coat. All in such wonderful condition for age. Vintage 1957 Madame Alexander-Kins Wendy Has A Car Coat Pink & Blue #371 Outfit. She is wearing a tagged pink coat lined with blue, matching slacks, matching bonnet, white socks and smooth bottom shoes. Vibrant face coloring, working sleep eyes, clean, odor free, smoke free home, no other accessories if not shown. Bending and walking mechanisms work. Pants and coat have normal age discoloration, some brown spots (pictured), but overall in great shape. Blue body suit in good condition. Bonnet also in good condition but does have some browning. Socks and shoes have some discoloration, but otherwise great. Face is vibrant but has some black marks pictured. No other accessories unless shown or described. Offered here is a wonderful Madame Alexander Coquette with jointed knees and elbows, dressed as “MAME” from the popular movie of the same name. This doll is from the 2006 Williamsburg Convention and has the Madame Alexander tag bearing this identification sewn into the dragon coat. This doll has jet black hair and blue painted eyes and red lips. She has a tiny black beauty mark on her left cheek. She is dressed in a scandalously short gold brocade sheath with a long full length black velvet coat. The coat has two large dragons embroidered in gold and red on the coat and it is trimmed in gold braid and lined in gold satin. She has gold ball earrings, a black chiffon hair bow and dangling rhinestone and gold ornament. I have added a necklace with two large Asian character charms on it, to add to her attire. On her wrists, she has two wide gold cuff bracelets, one on each arm. Please check the photos carefully, as the long sleeves tend to obscure these wonderful accessories. She is multi-jointed, with joints at the elbows and knees and has a twist waist which all make for fun posing. In the movie, Mame, the lead actress was Rosalind Russell who played an extremely wealthy socialite intent on living life to the fullest. She was known to wear extremely outlandish and provocative outfits and lived in an ultra modern mansion complete with a sweeping spiral staircase from which she make her grand entrance to her parties and soirees. This doll exhibits her wonderful flair for the exotic and provocative. She would make a lovely gift or addition to your collection. This doll is from my personal collection. She has been kept in a darkened doll room in my SMOKE FREE and PET FREE home. She will come to you with the doll stand shown so that she will be ready for display on arrival. I take great care to wrap and pack my dolls so that they do not move around in transit. No props in the photos are included in this listing — only the dressed doll with her accessories.
