This doll is in good vintage condition with minor wear. It is fully intact with composition head, hands, legs and a cloth body. She comes in her original clothing (clothing shows a few minor stains), shoes (show considerable wear) and sock (one sock is missing). Face shows light crazing as well as crazing/cracking behind her knees. Flirty, sleepy eyes open and close nicely. Mohair wig is intact and in good shape. Marked Alexander across the back of her head. Vintage Madame Alexander McGuffy Anna composition doll. Approximately 16 inches tall. Marked at the back of the neck with Princess Elizabeth Alexander Doll. This mold was used for the McGuffy Anna doll. Open mouth with teeth and felt tongue. “Real” upper lashes with painted lower lashes, eye shadow and eyebrows. Wearing a tagged costume including original dress, pinafore, one piece undergarment with lace, socks and side snap oil cloth boots. We did not remove the boots and socks to help prevent possible damage. She is also wearing her original human hair wig with two braids. Made in the 1930′s. Adorable character for your collection! Overall good condition, some overall crazing especially at the legs as shown, working sleep eyes, clothing has overall time fade/age discoloration and light wear, dress has some small holes, working snap closures, one braid missing its ribbon, wig in good condition but it could use light restyle, clean, odor free, smoke free business, no box, no other accessories unless shown or described. Vintage Madame Alexander composition Scarlett. I have this treasure from the late 1930′s. A Madame Alexander Scarlett 11 inch composition doll. She’s quite pretty, and grabbed my attention at an estate sale. She does need eyelashes applied. Her hair is brittle and in original set. There does appear to be a section in back where her hair has been chopped. Her face has light crazing. Her clothing is faded due to age. Discoloration on pantaloons and netting on dress due to age. She does smell old, but nothing strong. Her left shoe needs to have paper bottom glued back on before if comes off. She’s a lovely doll that will display beautifully. SONJA HENIE Skater – Madame Alexander Doll made in 1939. Of all the SONJA HENIE Dolls I have looked at, I think this doll captures her likeness the best. 18 Tall composition Sonja Henie Doll is wearing a Red Velvet Dress with Gold sequined trim and Gold. She has Blond eyelashes, pretty Red lips and little White teeth. Her hair is still set with pins and has. Out or played with. Her Brown eyes open and close easily. Left eye is a little cloudy. This was my Mother’s childhood. Doll that she played with in the year 1939! I do remember her telling me that she had. The nose and the right hand fingers professionally touched up. I see a fine little crack by her lower lip. I do see a very fine feather-line crack on. The front left leg see last pic. Her right skate is missing the blade but it still. Her arms and legs are attached well and operate like they should. For a Doll that is 84 years old – I think it is still in great vintage condition! Vintage 1930s 18 Composition Madame Alexander Wendy Ann Doll Auburn Mohair Blue Eyes. Condition – she is missing one set of eyelashes on her left eye. All fingers and toes are present. Fine crazing but no splits. One ankle has something on it. I was able to gently flake some of that off so it could probably be removed by a skilled individual. I didn’t want to chance damaging her. Her limbs are still fairly snug to her body but not extremely tight. As you can see her standing up in the photo. Size – see item specifics. Vintage Madame Alexander Wendy bride doll. 14 inch Composition Doll Wendy In Bridal gown & Veil. She is also wearing gloves. Beautiful 14 inch doll. Made in the 1940′s. Jointed shoulders and hips. She is wearing a bridal gown, slip with attached panties, lace trimmed netting veil, center snap oil cloth shoes and gloves. Gown has snap closures. She is marked on the back of the head MME Alexander. Sweet doll for your vintage doll collection. She is all dressed for the wedding season. Her gown has age discoloration and holes. It does not have a tag. Her gloves and slip are in good condition other than normal age discoloration. Veil is in good condition but does have normal discoloration and some color fading on the beads. Shoes are in good condition. She has some crazing mostly on her face as pictured. Her legs seem to have been replaced. Her hair is in good condition. Her head is loose, but she still holds position.
