Clear Blue/green eyes with orig full thick brush lashes and eyeshadow. Face is clean with no flaws. Her Dress is Tagged Cissy. It is Clean, looks never washed. VNTG 1957 Madame Alexanderkins Bent Knee Walker. #326 WENDY LOOKS AS SWEET AS A LOLLIPOP Orange Dress Variation Doll. Includes doll in 1957 dress, matching bloomers, socks & shoes. Can be seen in “The World of Alexanderkins by Patricia Smith” pg 79. Tagged dress reads ” Alexanderkins by Madame Alexander REG US PAT NY USA”. Excellent to Near Mint GORGEOUS condition. Her blonde hair is beautiful, just couple fly aways. She has slightly rosy cheeks still. Her outfit is crispy & Gorgeous. Shoe tips have a little wear & bloomers elastic little stretched, are things keeping me from calling just Near Mint. No stains or splits to her body. Walker works best when supported at hips. She is simply GORGEOUS. Stringing is nice, holds a pose well. Pix don’t do justice. Please see all pix as they serve as part of description. All items are listed as-is. Comes from Smoke free home. Vintage 1950′s Madame Alexander hard plastic doll in 17 size. She represents Princess Margaret Rose. This is the rarer dark haired doll. Wig is human hair in very good condition. Hazel color eyes with all eyelashes present. Original finish, no touch- ups. She is wearing her original dress, slip, panties and shoes. Her hat is a replacement but is of the era and decorated with silk ribbons and millinery flowers. The dress does have a few areas of age deterioration which is usually the case given the delicate nature of the fabric. I have one picture of an area that shows. Lace is very good. Shoes have repairs on the soles, one heel is missing. She has no cracks or odors. Overall in good condition for age. A lovely example of the workmanship on early Madame Alexander dolls.
