Vintage 1957-58 Madame Alexander Cissette doll. Golden blonde hair, triple stitched part. Wearing tagged red and white polka dot dress. Matching panties, red molded plastic. Red straw cloche hat with veil and red velvet flowers. Presented here is a fabulous 1950′s Madame Alexander Cissette doll. She has golden blonde hair with a stitched part wig, still in most of the original lovely curls, the hair is longer length in back, she has bangs and there is stitching at the bangs. The eyes open and close freely, hard upper lashes, painted under lashes, single stroke brows, coral mouth, nice coloring. She has pierced ears with double pearl drop earrings. The doll is hard plastic, bent knee, good strings, holds a pose well, marked on the back; MME Alexander, no splits. She is wearing the original tagged white dress with red polka dots, red rick rack trim on the bodice. She has matching panties and red molded plastic high heels with bows on the toes. Her hat is adorable, red straw, cloche style with white veil draped to the back and red velvet flowers. The clothing is all in excellent vintage condition. This is the Pink Wallpaper dress from 1956. Dress of cotton wallpaper print with ribbons and roses pattern. Puffed sleeves trimmed with Val lace. Natural waist with shorter length of 7 on skirt. Hem is narrower, 1 1/2. Sewn horizontal pleat in back bodice. There is light fading on the bodice. Otherwise very pretty and hard to find dress. All snaps are present. Not perfect but a very beautiful hard to find dress. Slip and stand are not included. My dolls are all around 50-80 years old. I consider them TLC and some are in better condition than others. VINTAGE MADAME ALEXANDER 14 HP Curlers Box LITTLE WOMEN AMY Tag In Purple. Doll is in excellent Condition. Dress excellent as well with exception to left sleeve has small holes. Not really noticeable and displays beautifully. Her left arm is a little loose and she has never been restrung and most likely will need restringing at some point like most theses dolls from this era. Please see all pics and ask questions. Vintage 1950′s Madame Alexander Cissy doll. Hard plastic with vinyl jointed arms. Stitched part blonde wig. Blue organdy dress with flocked dots. Original finger ring, white plastic ankle strap shoes. Presented here is a beautiful vintage Madame Alexander Cissy doll. She has a hard plastic jointed body with vinyl jointed arms. Stitched golden blonde wig in curls, the hair is tied at the sides, curls in the back, nice sheen, original style. Blue-green sleep eyes that open and close with thick hair lashes, painted under lashes, nice coloring, coral mouth, ears are not pierced. Marked on the back of the head “ALEXANDER” under the hair. She is wearing her original 1950′s dress of light blue organdy with flocked dots, it has mother-of-pearl buttons down the front and lace trim. The dress is finely made. Alexander but it does not have the tag, it has a square snap at the waist. The dress does have some repairs, mostly to the sleeves but shows very well. She has a cotton petticoat with a hoop, white lace panties and plastic molded white high heels with ankle straps. The hat is fabulous, original 50′s, it is made with rolled rosettes of genuine mink on a band with blue net veil and rayon ribbon ties. She has an original ring on her finger. Hi, This is an all Original 1958 Madame Alexander 20 inch Cissy Doll in her Tagged Dress Set #2230. She was Never played with and is in Excellent Condition. She has Clear Blue eyes with All of her original eyelashes. There is No yellowing in her eyes. My photos do not do her justice. She is better in person. Her face has original painted features and has no rubs or scratches on her face. Her Hair color is Lighter than it looks in my photos. It is Tosca, not red or brown. Her Dress is a Peachy nylon with a shadow print and trimmed in Lots of Lace and Rhinestones. She has her big Rhinestone earrings and Rhinestone Ring. Her Half Slip is a pale Pink and has a Flocked design and is Scalloped. Original taffeta Panties trimmed in lace, Orig. Nylons, no runs or holes, and orig. Gold Elastic strap Heels are tight. Cissette is wearing the 1958 bridal wreath gown. The bridal wreath is made of cotton embroidered on tulle. It has a bodice of white organdy covered tulle and an attached tulle shawl with cotton embroidered blossoms down the bodice front. The dress is yellowed from age. Cissette wears a crown of flowers with a tulle veil attached in the back. The flowers are very badly yellowed. There are no holes or repairs that I have found in the dress. I did see a small yellow spot at the hem. The bouquet matches the little flowers that are in the crown of the veil and are slightly less yellowed. Under the dress are the original slip and panties. There is an additional newer slip underneath to give more volume to the gown. The seamed hose have no holes but are loose. Her original silver shoes look good. Cissette herself is in very good condition with the three stitch wig. Her head is a bit loose. She has nice cheek and lip color. Her left side head seam under the earring is visible. Her eyes sometimes stick. Her earrings and necklace are vintage Premier and not original to Cissette. BE STILL MY HEART! This is a beautiful platinum blonde Madame Alexander Kathy doll with the Maggie face. She has the deep suntan skin tone and such a wistful expression on her pretty face as she dreams of a forever home for Christmas! Kathy was made for only a short while in the very early 50s. She wears her original color block dress and one-piece panties and half slip with eyelet lace trim and ribbon bows at the leg openings. On her feet are rayon socks and black oilcloth center snap shoes. She is missing her black velvet beret. Kathy’s braids aren’t quite perfect and look like they’d been taken out over the years. We’ve replaced the rotted rubber bands with modern silicone bands. She still has her originally rubber band holding her together, so her stringing isn’t super tight, but it’s tight enough to hold a pose. She does have some play wear and a bit of play soil here and there, including a few tiny spots on her dress (see picture). The soles of her shoes also have some damage, with a crack running through one and the toe of the other sole missing (see last picture of Kathy sitting). Overall, Kathy is a beautiful, hard to find, early strung Maggie-faced doll. Won’t you give her a home to call her own this Christmas? Lovely doll in great condition. ELISE has very pretty color but I did notice marking on one side of her face, visible in phot provided. She wears a VHTF lilac/ lavender floral dress. Although in great shape, it is not mint. Free from any smoke or odors, but she does have a small stain that should wash out easily, its on the underside of the dress on the hem, you should be able to see the stain easily in picture provided. The dress is not missing any of the rhinestones, appears unwashed but does need pressing. Pretty undergarments as well. She DOES NOT have her shoes or stockings. She comes from original owner. The dress is lined and has a net, lace trimmed, slip attached at the waist seam, overall excellent vintage condition, shows some age. Underneath she has a full cotton petticoat with tulle lining and a ruffled hem, her panties are white with peach bows. Cissy has a vintage long white faux fur cape, it is satin lined, ties with satin ribbons in the front. Her cocktail hat is absolutely fabulous it is embellished with sequins, it has a wired edge and original veil with velvet bow detail, it is original 1950′s. She has white plastic molded high heel shoes, one shoes has the loop broken at the ankle strap but still shows nicely. Cissy is all set for a formal event and she is fabulous!
