This is the 20-21 Cissy by Madame Alexander. This Cissy is the cleanest Cissy I have ever seen. I lifted her head and looked and she is like a new doll. I love the material and fit and she also has a red rick rack can can slip that she is trying to show off in one of my pics. She will have panties and hose and a new pair of white shoes to match. She also will have a faux diamond ring that is NOT Madame Alexander. She just has a very pretty face with very blue eyes, all lashes and oh so clean. Golden blonde hair original wig. Her cheeks have been professionally blushed very lightly and sealed. She is a nicely strung doll with no issues. Since my pictures, I decided to give her earring holes, please see the last pic. They turned out real nice so she now has earrings as well. The stand is not included. Our home is non smoking and she has no odors. Thank you for looking! Up for sale is a Vintage Madame Alexander Cissy doll. Cissy is 20 tall, made of hard plastic with vinyl sleeved arms and is jointed at the neck, shoulders, elbows, hips and knees. She has beautiful blue / green eyes with full lashes, perfect rosy cheeks, pink lips and blushed hands and knees. She has lovely blonde hair refreshed and netted by Karyn Shaffner. She is dressed in an Absolutely Gorgeous reproduction custom made ensemble of the Rare Blue Camellia from 1958. This recreation is by Deb Marshall of yesterdaydolls. She also has new slip and panties, and seamed stockings. Her jewelry includes a double strand necklace, matching bracelet and rhinestone ring. She also comes with a replica tag. Up for sale is a Vintage Madame Alexander Cissy doll. Cissy is 20 tall, made of hard plastic with vinyl sleeved arms and is jointed at the neck, shoulders, elbows, hips and knees. She has beautiful blue/green eyes with full lashes, perfect rosy cheeks, red lips and blushed hands and knees. She has lovely fluffy, curly brunette hair. She has NO splits or cracks, however she does have signs of play wear. Little scratches here and there. She is dressed in a beautiful custom made dress from vintage yellow Swiss dot material, by Primrosedollshoppe, (the corsage is removeable) matching can can slip by Vintagedollboutique, vintage panties, vintage seamed stockings, custom shoes by one.. Time and of course Cissy has to have a gorgeous hat by the Famous Richard Originals (thank you rtorich). She is in Good Played with Condition. This Queen decided she needed to get out of her queen dress for a while and find a nice Spring outfit. She has put together a very nice suit of boucle’ wool. This wool is vintage and it has been cleaned before construction of the suit. Please see the closeup picture of the fabric. Boucle’ is known for its loopy texture, giving it a very unique presence. The suit and matching ruffled blouse are fully lined. The hat is also made from the wool and lined the same. The suit consists of the hat, suit jacket, skirt, and ruffled blouse. Cissy is also wearing a pair of newer nylon panties, vintage nylons, vintage shoes, Vintage Cissy gloves, and a pearl necklace, earrings and bracelet. Cissy herself has been thoroughly cleaned and restrung to her head and arms. She has had her wig cleaned and restyled into the Queen style. She has had lash replacement in her right eye. She has had a spa treatment of light blush and a sealer applied to protect her pretty face from fading and yellowing. She has some normal small scuffs and rubs, but nothing major. She is ready for display!! In looking at the pictures I see a hair on her forehead that looks like a scratch. It is not, it is one of those pesky hairs that jump into the picture at the wrong time :-/. I do not photoshop or alter my pictures in any way. Presented here today is the amazing early Madame Alexander Cissy doll in a new winter outfit. The doll is in beautiful condition. She has one little flaw where the paint had split a bit under her right ear. It is not split through the plastic, but only the paint. I added a little new paint inside the paint split. It is not seen unless the hair is pulled back. This doll was never played with and I don’t believe she was displayed, or if she was she was well protected from dust and sunlight. She has no odors, stains, or chews. She has no cracks or splits or repair of such. She has vibrant red hair still in its stiff, original set. The curls have never been combed out. She has lovely blue clear eyes and original lashes. She has had no spa treatment and no repaint of any kind. I added just a hint of pastel dry paint to her cheeks. Many of the early Cissys did not have blush at all originally. She has lovely “skin” with no scratches or nicks. She has just a minimal amount of inner thigh rub and neck rub. She has been restrung to her head and arms. She has been cleaned gently on the inside and outside. Her arms match very well and have no nicks on the inside of the socket. Her hips are tight as are her knees. She does not have earring holes. She is marked on the back of her head “Alexander”. Cissy is dressed for a day on the town. The weather is getting a bit cooler, so she is ready for what may come. Her coat and dress are made from boiled 100% wool and is a pretty purple color. Both dress and coat are lined with a light weight lavender taffeta. The coat has a wide faux fur collar and fur around the cuffs of the coat. The coat closes with 2 snaps. Her dress is a simple straight line dress. It closes in back with snaps. Also part of her ensemble is a matching fur pill box style hat and a purse to match her ensemble. She is wearing a pair of Cissy panties, vintage nylons, new pearl necklace and bracelet and newer black strap shoes. Oh, and the ring… Do not forget the ring! 1960s Madame Alexander 20 HTF Renoir Cissy doll in original ensemble. In my Cissy book it says she is 1959 but when I researched her a little more on the Internet I believe she is from 1961. She is called the Renoir in Yellow. This is a portrait model Renoir Cissy from 1961. Sissy is 20 inches tall made of hard plastic with vinyl arms. She has a gorgeous brunette specially hairstyle blue sleep eyes with full lashes, vivid facial coloring with no flaws. The doll has not been seen in any catalogs but is believed to be for my missing back cover of a 1959 catalog. Her sleeveless dressed is unadorned and made of heavy slipper satin and also tagged Madam Alexander Cissy. Her matching jacket is trim with black sequin braid trim. She carries a black velvet purse which this is a Madame Alexander purse but not original to the Renoir outfit. Her outfit is not perfect. It has a few pin holes and a couple small stains. Also a very snags. Easily cover by how full her dress is. I also added a Madame Alexander portrait doll petticoat. Her shoes are awesome Madame Alexander Cissy shoes WithI believe her Original seam stockings. Braided low bun Renoir is what her wig is called. A spanner bar pulls her hair back tight and loose curls to make a low bun wrapped in a braid. She is a brunette. She has a show stopping Black velvet bonnet bedecked with colorful silk flowers and a velvet ribbon black net facial veil. And magnificent cameo necklace with matching earrings. Stunning All Original Cissy wearing Tagged crisp and vivid dress of red polished cotton w/ white cuffs and 3 buttons on the front. White horsehair hat with dotted tulle that ties under her chin. And Cissy, oh my, she is as Near Mint as Near Mint can be. All Original with crystal blue eyes with full lashes, high color blush, rosy red lips, and perfect body with no cracks, splits or repairs. Beautiful brunette with crimped curls still in hair net, that frame her gorgeous infused face. This Gorgeous Girl is a Show Stopper. She also has faux pearl earrings and a faux diamond ring. She is 20 tall with a hard plastic body and vinyl sleeved arms. She is jointed at the neck, shoulders, elbows , hips and knees. The only issue I can find is her head is a little loose. With blonde hair arranged with forehead curls and flip, wearing tagged blue polished cotton shirtwaist with white braid trim, white taffeta petticoat, panties, stockings, white slings with silver heels, pearl earrings, white woven bonnet with blue streamers. Alexander, Cissette, circa 1960, model 810, described in the catalog as “for tea in the garden, simple cotton dress trimmed with braid” is in good condition with crisp coloring. Note: Condition is as seen. One shoe is missing. There are few tiny discolorations on the dress and yellowing on the slip. Her earrings have tarnished. I have replaced her hose.
