This is a 1957 Madame Alexander Cissy doll. She is dressed in her original tagged navy blue dress with a ruffled white cape, both are crisp. The straw hat needs blocking. The original watch is still attached at the waist. A pearl choker has been added. She is in very good condition Her facepaint is still bright if with tiny age spots (see closeup) her hair, a little flyaway No Alexander box. BLACK VELVET RIBBONS ENCIRCLE HER NECK AND WRISTS. SHE DOES HAVE A SLIGHT HARD PLASTIC IF YOU PUT YOUR NOSE TO HER FACE; HOWEVER, SHE DOES NOT HAVE ANY OBNOXIOUS ODORS MOLD, ETC.
