VINTAGE MADAME ALEXANDER 15 HARD PLASTIC LITTLE WOMEN MEG IN PINK CHECK DRESS. This is a pretty vintage Madame Alexander doll from the Little Women Series. From my books, she appears to be from around 1955. She does have the small closed hands that are on the older dolls. She is in good condition with her original dress, slip, pantaloons and replaced shoes. Her dress is not mint but good. Pantaloons are stained, as shown. I think it is her original hair bow. Body is in good shape with a few minor scratches and eyes open and close just fine. She has been displayed in a smoke free home. Please wait for me to send an invoice. This is a pretty Alexander Princess Margaret Rose doll, tagged and 15. She wears her original clothes and hat. Her dress is tagged Margaret Rose and I believe she was made in the 40s. She has a mohair reddish wig and her eyes open and close. Although her clothes are original, they are limp and not mint. I dont see any holes or rips but the dress is in fair condition. Her mohair wig is matted in back because of laying flat. She does have a beautiful face with rosy checks. Please ask questions as I may have missed something. She wears a pink cotton dress with collar an trimmed with fancy white trimming. Covering the skirt of her dress is an cotton floral/print apron lined with pink organdy. She wears green leathery shoes with snaps at the sides and fuzzy bottoms. Her beautiful hair is covered with a matching sun bonnet, strap was detached from one side (pic #9). Beautiful Elise has a lovely painted head. The painted head dolls are the earliest dolls and very sought after. She has a brunette wig that has a few fly away hairs still in the original hair bar but and its original hairstyle. She has one split on outside of her left leg and one leg split on her inner right leg. She also has a little dot on her nose that is minor. But its really not that noticeable. She has a lovely blue green eyes and all her lashes! She is wearing a lovely rhinestone necklace and her panties have the elastic that is stretched. Super hard to find Elise in amazing lace wedding gown and veil. This is such a beautiful doll she has thick blonde hair, gorgeous blue green eyes with all her lashes. She was made in 1962 – for one year only – she comes in a lovely vintage wedding gown and veil -tagged. It is in beautiful shape however the elastic is stretched in the panties. I have also added some wedding slippers that I made. The veil does have a tear in it and it is quite dusty. I will leave the cleaning to the new owner as the veil is attached quite firmly to the head. The hose have a small flaw and I have pictured it. She comes from my private collection and is so beautiful. As you can see shes easy to pose and loves to sit in very expensive doll furniture. A gorgeous doll that is so very hard to find, especially in this nice condition! Bright rosy cheeks and red lips, no rubs or scratches. Blue sleep eyes with all their lashes. Ash blonde wig factory styled in 2 side buns. The body is strung just right so she is easy to pose, no unwanted hard plastic odors. Fabulous tagged gown that has a very faded gold mark, as pictured, on the right front pleating that is almost impossible to see as the fabric has an iridescence glow. Cotton slip with lace trim that matches her pantaloons. Slip has gold dotting that looks to wash out. White rayon socks, black center snap oilcloth shoes with bow ornaments. Vintage 1957 Madame Alexander Elise doll. Vinyl over sleeve arms, jointed at elbow. Original stitched part wig. Beautiful vintage Godey Lady gown & hat. Stockings, original shoes, petticoat & panties. Presented here is a gorgeous vintage 1957 Madame Alexander Elise doll. She is 16 tall, made of hard plastic with vinyl over sleeve arms, that are jointed at the elbow. Beautiful bright blue eyes with thick lashes, painted under lashes, lovely coloring, red mouth, single stroke brows. Her wig is original in great condition, stitched part, much of the original curl remains. The gown is fabulous, it is not tagged, I don’t know what she came in but the gown is the sames vintage. Made of turquoise-aqua cotton velveteen with a taffeta bodice and over skirt. The velvet is full with a bustle and train in the back. It is trimmed with silver metallic braid. The matching hat is adorable with vintage flowers and veil. Underneath she wears a cotton petticoat with lace and pink silk bow, matching cotton panties, original stockings and pink high heel shoes. The doll is marked on the back of the body and head. She is in excellent vintage condition, no notable damage. The clothing is also excellent, clean, sturdy, no stains, no tears; the elastic in the cuffs, panties and shoes has lost some of the stretch with time only. Comes with the stand.
