Rare and hard to find doll by Madame Alexander -portrait of Jane Withers!! She is about 15 tall; all composition. Face and body have some crazing, flaking, chipped areas. Sleepy eyes mechanism is working. Upper real lashes are present. Paint to her face is well preserved. Her wig seems to be original but we are not sure about that. Comes with a suitcase with a photo of Jane Withers and multiple outfits. None of the outfits is tagged. Please refer to pictures. Additional photos could be provided upon request. Rare Madame Alexander Mary Jane Doll Ltd Edition of 154. 2019 MADC Madame Alexander Convention Souvenir Doll. She has never been Removed from the Box. She has her Hang Tag and box as well as hair net. She is missing the little certificate that would have said her number out of 154 dolls. The hang tag states limited edition on 154. She Comes with a Hat and Some kind of chain that is stapled to the side of the box. The box has a few creases from being stored. Rare Vintage Jane Withers 13 Composition Doll By Madame Alexander. This little 13 composition doll was made by Madame Alexander in 1937. She features a brown mohair wig, sleepy eyes with light shadow, painted lower lashes, single stroke brows and a closed mouth. She has a full set of lashes. Her eyes open and close as they should. Her stringing is excellent and she can stand independently and hold a pose. Her composition is in excellent condition with no visible cracking, chipping or crazing to her body. There is early light crazing to her face upon very close inspection. There is also a small crack on the edge of her right eye. She is wearing a white cotton dress with a light blue floral pinafore. Clothing is not tagged and the origin of the clothing is unknown. There are some stains on the sleeves that would probably wash out with careful laundering.
