Madame Alexander Dolls

Here’s a stunning vintage Cissy doll all ready for the Christmas and New Year’s holiday parties. She is in very good condition and has the infused face color with rosy cheeks, eyeshadow and red lips. Her original auburn wig is beautiful in the upswept sides style. Her clear eyes open and shut and are mostly blue with a little green. All of her thick dark lashes are intact. She has no cracks or tears. There are a few normal rubs at the tops of her legs and on her neck. She is strung well. Her head tends to bob but she still holds poses nicely. It includes a black top decorated with gold sequins and a matching skirt made of tulle and dark blue satin. The tulle is decorated with large deep red polka dots. A gold belt with bow surrounds her waist. The hat is made of gold colored holly and ribbon. She also comes wearing a new crinoline, high heel shoes and her original panties. She has gorgeous matte complexion with blushed cheeks and red lips. Her strawberry blonde hair is in its original style with upswept sides and original barrette. Her sleep eyes are clear with no missing lashes, a gorgeous blue/hazel color and work perfectly when layed down. No tears, cracks or splits on her body. Everything seems to be tight. There are a few minor rub marks around her neck area and a couple very small light red marks on her left arm/hand which I havnt tried to clean but could probably be removed w the right cleaner. She comes wearing an original tagged navy blue taffeta dress with a rhinestone dangled clock/watch still attached which is hard to find!! Original underwear w a couple worn spots where they bunch up at her legs and original bralette that has been safety pinned in back to make straps tighter. Her dress is in very nice condition. I see no tears, holes or stains. She does not come with any shoes. This is a gorgeous Cissy doll! Here we have a beautiful and elegant Cissy doll in very good condition. She has gorgeous matte complexion with blushed cheeks and red lips. Her dark shiny hair is in its original style with upswept sides. Her eyes are clear with no missing lashes. No tears, cracks or splits on her body. There are a few minor rub marks around her neck area and a few slight ones on the inside of her thighs where they connect to her body. She comes wearing an original tagged navy blue taffeta dress with matching bolero jacket, new crinoline, original panties, replacement high heel shoes and hose. Her dress and jacket are in very nice condition. I see no tears, holes or stains. Her marvelous vintage hat is lovely. It’s decorated with cabbage roses, red cherries and netting. She also comes with a pretty vintage rhinestone ring and beautiful blue teardrop earrings. Cissy even comes with her own little Lucite purse containing a tiny framed photo of her and pretty lilac flowers as shown in the next to last picture. Her head tends to bob a little and occasionally it may be necessary to gently shake her pretty head in order for her eyes to open. But s he holds poses nicely and displays beautifully! Please note that some earrings don’t fit her ears well. The ones she’s wearing fit perfectly. The pictures are part of the description so please look at them carefully. Welcome to my auctions! She is made of composition and has no crazing. Her hair is human and her clothing is all original to doll. The dress is tagged Scarlett O’Hara Madame Alexander. Her dress is made of light cotton batiste with tiny red flower and blue print with white ruffled organdy collar. Underneath she has a white cotton hoop slip attached to dress and white cotton pantaloons with green ribbon trim. She has white socks and dark green leatherette shoes with side snaps. Her large natural straw hat completes her outfit. Her face has tiny brows, grey eye shadow, full lashes, tiny painted lashes under the eyes, and a deep red mouth. Her eyes have crystalized some, but look fine. Her hair is in original style and is made of human hair. This is a lovely vintage Madame Alexander Cissy doll. She is wearing a 1957 Opera Gown. Her tagged dress is a lace print on heavy faille fabric. It is in great unwashed condition. She wears her opera mitts, diamond ring, rhinestone bracelet and pearl necklace, and three tier diamond earrings. Her slip is pale blue, and has two slit repairs, as seen in photos. There are also a few other small tears in the slip but they don’t detract from her dress and fullness at all. She wears a replica fur stole, that completes her outfit. Her face is wonderful, freshly reblushed. She has a professionally done split repair inside her torso. She has great blue eyes and blonde hair. She also carries her matching purse. Lovely original tagged Cissy gown and crinoline. It came on the Binnie seen pictured who is 18 inches compared to Cissys 20-21. So its a little too long for her. Its a pale aquamarine as is the crinoline which photographed white, but its not. No visible stains or fading. Just a little discoloration on the velvet at the waist. All original snaps are there.
