Madame Alexander Dolls

This is a Madame Alexander Little Genius from 1950′s with her original outfit, super cute and, overall, in wonderful condition. Her eyes open and close beautifully, she has an open mouth, her coloring is good and she is blond, with short hair. Her head is hard plastic (and she has a “scar” over her right eyebrow that goes down almost to her eye). The rest of her is all vinyl, and she has no markings that I could find. Super clean, with no stains, vinyl darkening, marks, etc. She is dressed in a very thin delicate linen underdress, cotton (cloth diaper style) panties and over that a beautiful cotton white dress with tiny blue with green flowers and lace ruffles finishing the short sleeves, bottom edge and collar. She has a bonnet in the same fabric as her dress, it ties under her neck and also with lace ruffle. On top of all that, she brings her pink silk/satin overcoat, which is tagged. Vintage Madame Alexander Little Women hard plastic dolls. This beautiful set includes Jo, Beth, Meg and Marmee. They are 14 tall. All original with dresses, petticoats, bloomers, socks and shoes. This is the 20-21 Cissy by Madame Alexander. This Cissy was redressed by me. She originally came in the red polka dot outfit. She has a very clean body, original wig and set. I tried to glue earrings on but they didn’t stay, she does not have earring holes. Also, I found a small opening in the upper seam on her leg and it was filled. She is coming in this gorgeous dress professionally made and hat by Richard’s Originals. Both are brand new. She also has a full slip, lingerie, jewelry, and her shopping bag. She has a faux diamond ring. Her Brunette wig is perfect and again, original. Being 60 plus years old and very antique, she is in beautiful condition. Her body is in perfect displaying condition and she is absolutely a cutie!!! Look at that sweet demure. She is wearing a matching aqua ric rac trimmed can-can slip underneath. Vintage Cissy by Madame Alexander Mid- 1950′s with Dark Brunette hair and curly bangs and green eyes! Really clean nice body, knees bend. One crack on seam on top of leg (see photo). Hard plastic body, legs and Head with vinyl arms. Eyes Open and Close. No missing paint on face. A few scratch marks on one lid. All fingers and toes accounted for, no chew marks. Fingers could use a little cleaning. Rich Dark Brunette Hair Color with curled bangs. One teensy eensy crack under chin, I almost missed it(see photo). This is a 15″ Madame Alexander Disney “SLEEPING BEAUTY Elise style doll from 1959. She is the smaller version of the 1959 Disney 21 SLEEPING BEAUTY Cissy style doll. This doll is in excellent condition. She has high cheek color with gorgeous lips and blue eyes… Her lashes appear to be fine. Her golden yellow hair is still in original set with few flyaways. Her joints work properly and she has no cracks or splits in her body. Her body has a pretty uniform pink tone. She has her ring on finger. Doll does not look like she has been played with and has no offensive odors. She has been displayed in my glass doll cabinet for a while. Up for your consideration is this extraordinary Cissy doll from 1958. She is affectionately called The Lady in Red She is absolutely stunning and has a bright beautiful color to her face however, she is not for the mint collector. She has gorgeous blue green eyes with all of her lashes. No cracks of any kind! I love her anyway as she just melted my heart. These dolls are so hard to come by and I hate to part with her but I have to downsize my collection! Her hair was also a mess and I believe that it has been restored beautifully! Her curls are held in place with Bobby pins as her wig was in fragile condition before her restoration. The red velvet bow had just disintegrated into her hair so she has a simple red bow in her hair now. She comes with replaced Swarovski pearl earrings and necklace. She Has a huge white slip under her gown which is had some red from her dress fade onto it making it look pink. The slip has stretched elastic as do her panties. Her nylons have A couple small blemishes on them and shes wearing replaced vintage silver shoes. I have never tried to do anything with the dress I believe it will clean up beautifully however, I will leave that up to the new owner. There are also a couple of other spots on the ballgown. She is so very gorgeous and is always the centerpiece of any collection! She will always put a smile on your face! She is extremely well adjusted and a very uplifting doll. She displays amazingly during the holidays and Valentines Day its almost like she glows! Please look at all the pictures as they are part of the description.
