Madame Alexander 47840 Wendy’s Little Sister NRFB Vintage Rare Pritine condition. Wendy’s Little Sister was produced for only one year. This makes her a very rare find. She wears a white embroidered dress with a scalloped edge. There is a pink satin sash at her waist that ties at the back. She wears a ruffled white petticoat and white lace trimmed bloomers. Pink shoes and white lace trimmed socks complete her oufit. Her medium blonde hair is styled in Shirley Temple curls accented with pink ribbons. The fifth photo shows an item wrapped in white paper. That is her little sister nestled inside, swaddled in a pink blanket. This dolls was a present given to a family member back in the 1970s. RARE Vintage Madame Alexander Jacqueline Kennedy Doll in Tagged Clothes. This hard to find Collectors Doll is in excellent condition. She is 21 tall, made of hard plastic, and dressed in her original tagged clothing from the 1961 Presidential Inauguration. She features dark neatly curled hair and sleepy clear brown eyes with bright blue shadow. She has painted corner lashes as well as a full set of real lashes. Her features are beautifully painted. I love the pale pink lipstick. Her coloring and finish are exquisite. She has all of her fingers and toes, and they are nicely painted. All of her joints move as they should. Her eyes open and close perfectly. She is dressed in her original satin cream strapless gown with Pearl trim and her matching floor length cape. Her clothes feature the original tag and are in excellent condition. They are free from holes, tears and odors. The only stain is a very small spot near the bottom of her cape. The cape and gown are trimmed in elaborate Pearl beading. Underneath she is wearing her original slip/petticoat, panties and thigh high stockings. They are in beautiful condition with no runs or stains. Her shoes are white plastic and NOT original. She does have all of her original jewelry including a large emerald ring, 2 chandelier earrings, a double strand rhinestone bracelet and a pearl necklace. All jewelry is in great condition except that one earring is missing the center rhinestone. Also included is her original Pearl beaded handbag, which unfortunately has a broken strap. The original beads from the strap are included if you would like to repair it. Doll is in pristine condition with NO cracks or blemishes. Vintage 1930s 18 Composition Madame Alexander Wendy Ann Doll Auburn Mohair Blue Eyes. Condition – she is missing one set of eyelashes on her left eye. All fingers and toes are present. Fine crazing but no splits. One ankle has something on it. I was able to gently flake some of that off so it could probably be removed by a skilled individual. I didn’t want to chance damaging her. Her limbs are still fairly snug to her body but not extremely tight. As you can see her standing up in the photo. Size – see item specifics.
