Madame Alexander Dolls

I did not list much for quite awhile, as I was his caretaker. He and I were great collectors of many things. Please enlarge all pics and study them carefully, they are your best discription. This beautiful Elise has been with me a long time. She has all original clothes, and the shoes are vintage, but I do not think original. Dress of pleated organdy, double slip of organdy and satin or taffeta? , with matching panties, white stockings and veil, which is damaged on the bottom as pictured. The floral headpiece is really pretty. The sleeves have stretched elastic. She has her original brunette wig. She has bendable limbs and can hold a pose. Her right hip joint seems stuck, and will not let her sit. Her arms could stand to be restung, but ok as is. She has no cracks. She is marked on her head and back and has a label in her skirt-slip. She is about 15 1/2 tall and I will include her stand. She has been packed and displayed in glass cabinet, so could probably use a little cleaning, but not dirty. This is one I will miss for sure. Please give her a good home. Please remember just how old these dolls are and played with. They may come with little marks, shiny patch or something minor. If I see anything obvious I will say so. She is Madame Alexander’s African American Leslie wearing her original blue formal gown, white peal earrings and necklace, blue hair ribbon, slip, undies, stockings and heels. Her clothing and accessories are faded and dingy, needs restoration. Leslie is in good condition. She’s all vinyl with rooted dark brown hair, sleep amber eyes with lashes, coral painted lips, and a jointed body. She’s 17 inches tall and marked Alexander Doll Co. She was designed by Madame Alexander and manufactured by the Madame Alexander Company in 1965. Here’s a beautiful set of five Dionne Quintuplet composition dolls by Madame Alexander. They all have their original clothes and wigs. One has her tag as shown. They have replaced shoes which look appropriate (vintage look). This lot also includes a large bag of Dionne Quintuplet paper dolls. I can include the stands if you would like them. The dolls measures about 7.5 inches tall. The composition and painting are in excellent condition no flaking, repaints, cracks or repairs. Two arms are loose, but have their wire hooks. Vintage 1989 Madame Alexander Bride with Stand, 21 #2238 out of 2500. This doll does not have a box. The bride is gorgeous from her pearlescent and sequined puffed sleeves, flounced midriff likewise decorated with tie and highly dazzling neck to her button down bottom portion with pearlescent edged satin open train coat and fancy matching satiny shoes. The arms, sash and flounce are made with exquisite satin floral with open net weave totally highlighting the stunning neckline. She has light brown with red tint hair. Please see the pictures.
