22 Madame Alexander Sonja Henie Composition Doll 1930 -1940s. This amazing doll comes with 3 outfits with accessories and the stand. Her face has brown sleepy eyes that work smoothly with perfect lashes, open mouth with 6 teeth showing, dimples &. Her wig is glued on and sport 2 hair pins. The skates look like leather with 6 holes up each side with laces. The blades even have a toe-rack on the end used for jumping. One blade has rust. Her arms, legs & head move (head is a little wobbly & her leg has a few marks). I do not see any Madame Alexander marking on her. The maroon skirt needs a snap & has spots inside, but do not show through. All others are in very good vintage condition. Everything will be packed carefully & insured. To me she is in amazing condition for her age, but review the pictures as they are a part of the description. She would be an excellent addition to any collection. Technically referred to by madame alexander in 1970s when this set came out as the “rock group” since they did not have rights on the name “the beatles”, we all know what it is for what it is! This original box set contains (4) matching 8 grey suit dressed rock and roll legend dolls who greatly resemble the beatles stars themselves. Included in this set is 3 very nicely red padded inside black cases that hold the 3 guitars, again insanely similar to those of the beatles! Even when you look closely, you can see there is differences in the looks of each doll, and vivid similarities to each beatles member! A wonderful limited edition collectible that just keeps appreciating year after year! Note there is a small tiny scratch on one of the tops of the black cases, probably due to one of the members soft shoes rubbing on top of it.
