Vintage Madame Alexander Cissy doll outfit from the 1950s-60s. Very good, gently used condition. No stains or tears. Half of the last snap on dress missing. Elastic on slip undies and sleeves a bit loose. Shoes were found with the outfit, but may not be original. Silk flowers on hat and dress are showing their age. ALEXANDER VINTAGE LISSY 11″ – 12″ (5 HARD PLASTIC DOLLS & CLOTHES) – ONE TAG. Take a good look at the pictures and my written info. This is a Group of 5 Dolls & Clothes…. There is a Lissy doll & the others a same body with Lissy head… The arms of the Lissy doll with bend arms and bend legs – has some stain on her arms… Only one thing that is still tag which is the red dress.. Here is a Wonderful Maggie , Wrist Tag , Clothes , & Other things… She is made of hard plastic… She has 2 additional pair of shoes, a purse, a container the holds things… Clothes are the Pink Tagged Outfit, Slip with Pants attached, Red dress with Pants attached, Blue long dress, Small dress with Panties over the box & 2 pairs of underware… The Pink dress has a white blouse & Tag with it… Box has it moments missing the front small area, writing words, but it holds the things.. This doll has been in my box for awhile… I have had her out a few times just to look at… I changed her outfit to the one she has now & wished where to place her, but I just left her in the box.. MADAME ALEXANDER 19″ – 20″ VINTAGE CISSY LOVELY DOLL – HAS HER 3 TAGGED ITEMS & EXTRA DRESS. Take a good look at the pictures and my written info. This is a Lovely Cissy Doll with extra clothes for her…. I believe she is around 1958 or 1957…. She comes with her tagged dress and her pink slip… She also come with her 2 piece nightie outfit… Has a white pantiehose and a type of material hat… Also, she comes with a straw hat and a black purse…. ALL THE CLOTHES ARE FREE WITH THIS ADD… YOU BASICALLY ARE PAYING FOR THE DOLL & getting the clothes free.. She has type of dark blonde type hair, blue type color eyes, has her eyelashes, has knees bend and elbows bend, she has no cracks in legs or arms, only when looking really inside one hip area there is a very small start on legs at ends… But this has been there for a long time… Oh, her hair at top may need some curls, looks to be maybe cut long ago… But I like her the way she is… She has the only pair of shoes she is wearing and there is no others… From last owner, slip has some folds from the iron… In the 2 piece outfit, there is two places for some threads coming apart, but here is one place just needs to be resewn or just leave the way it is…. 21 Alexander Cissy Peony & Butterfly Wedding Gown Mint With Box and COA #284/2500 From 1997. This beautiful redhead Cissy wears an incredible pink and white check China silk gown with beading and pearl embellishment, billowing trim decorated with pink butterflies. She carries a bouquet of peonies, wears a gold and pearl necklace with matching earrings, her veil is topped with pink and yellow buterflies. She has her box and COA #284/2500. This lovely vintage doll is from Madame Alexander and was made in 1951. She represents Kathryn Grayson and is one of the Fashion Academy Mystery Portrait series dolls. She is made of hard plastic. Portrait series dolls were all exceptional and only a small number of each doll was made. She has elaborate “make-up” and facial paint – around the eyes, lashes with top eyeliner, bottom lashes and dramatic side lashes. She has lovely blushing and rosy full lips, blue eyes, and a very rare shade of red hair in her original set. Her bangs are straight, but her hair is combed back at the sides into captured rolls, with curls that tumble onto her shoulders. She has her original flowers in her hair. Her gown is truly outstanding with three layers in the skirt, a beautiful lacy bodice and rhinestones for sparkle. There is illusion tulle to her neck and a built in necklace. The outside layer of her skirt is tulle and quite crisp. Beneath that is another layer of very silky, soft tulle, and the final layer is cream satin that matches her underwear. She has her original underwear, stockings, garter, and center snap shoes. She has her original earrings and bracelet. Condition: Her outer tulle skirt is in good condition with a few small tears around the bottom. The soft, silky tulle inner skirt is damaged and has some small and some larger holes scattered throughout. The satin inner skirt is in quite good condition with only normal age 68 years! No significant stains or damages. The bodice is in excellent condition. Her face painting is beautiful, but please examine the photos carefully. They serve as the most complete description for this doll. Remember, the photos are often bigger than life size, and whatever small issues you might see definitely do not show when the doll is displayed. This doll definitely keeps Madame Alexander’s legacy of excellence burning bright! Her hand painted features are very sophisticated, as is her dress. I’m sure she could use a good cleaning after 68 years “shelf life”, but I will leave this to her new owner. The item “21 MME.
