Madame Alexander Dolls

Welcome to my auctions! She is 20 tall with hard plastic body and soft vinyl jointed arms. She has a beautiful face with full lashes, cheek color. Brows, clear eyes, underlashes and full red mouth. Face has a matte finish and most likely has been to a spa. Her hair is brunette, pulled back on each side and pulled to the back and is tied with a lilac ribbon. She has 3 rhinestone jewels accenting her hair. Her dress is made of lilac taffeta and is fully lined with organdy. This a copy of a Cissy dress, usually found in red. It was made by a very talented seamstress on E-Bay. Under the dress is a long white slip with long net trim. She is wearing tight new nylons and silver Cissy shoes. She also has a rhinestone bag and bracelet. Her head is a little loose, but holds a pose with no problem. Doll has no other problems and is ready to display. Heres a darling Madame Alexander doll wearing a tagged Alexander Kins outfit from 1955 “Wendy Loves Her Cardigan” #467. This outfit is in good condition but it does have some holes from age and storage and has not been laundered. The outfit consists of a beautiful pink dress with darling pleated skirt and a nicely white bodice. The outfit is topped with darling cardigan with pink and white floral appliqué trim that does have a few holes. In the pamphlet it says this outfit came with a pixie cap this is missing. She comes in her original box with pamphlet. Which are in very good condition. She has been in storage for awhile. She has not been cleaned and her legs seem a little loose. Probably needs to be restrung. I do not know how to properly clean the doll and clothes without ruining them so I will leave this to the new owner. What a darling little doll to add to your collection. This is vintage and preowned so is not perfect and may show signs of wear and tear from age & storage. Please view all photos.
