Madame Alexander Dolls

Here is a nude Madame Alexander Cissy doll that you can do as much or as little as you want to utilize her for displaying a Cissy costume or other. She is from 1956, so is the painted version. Her original outfit was the white organdy dress with raised red dots. Cissy is all hard plastic with the exception of her vinyl arms. She is 20 inches tall and has joints at the head, shoulders, elbows, hips and knees. All joints work well, and stringing is good. She has a split at the top of her left leg, but no other issues with her hard plastic. There is a small bite out of the flange on her left arm, but is inside the shoulder socket. No other issues with the vinyl. She has a very full dark blonde wig in need of some styling. Cissy’s original blush has faded from her cheeks, but some is still evident on her hands and knees. Her eyes are a blue-green combination with a little gold, depending on the light. She has all of her original brush and painted lashes. Eyebrows good and lip color good. A sweet and pretty face. She is now 60+ years old, so not to expect perfection. However, she can be a very nice display doll. Happy to answer any questions about her, and thank you for considering. It is in very nice condition. There are no holes that I could find. The skirt is very nice. The bodice has some staining at the shoulder area – mostly on the back. The organdy sleeves are good, but perhaps not as white as they could be. The elastic is still good enough to fit her arms snuggly. The flowers are still intact at the shoulder – maybe a little droopy. Pretty velvet ribbon sash is very nice. These are vintage items – over 60 years old. Circa 1955 Madame Alexander Binnie Walker doll with original outfit. She has her original skull cap wig in good condition. She is wearing her original outfit which is a pink heavy cotton sleeveless dress, tagged, and her rhinestone and flower trimmed cardigan with matching pixie cap. Underneath her dress she wears a lace trimmed taffeta slip and matching panties. Cloth with good elastic. She has rayon socks with pink trim, a few small holes in them, and center snap shoes. The doll walks and turned her head with ease. There is overall wear on doll, she was played with, and her outfit shows age. It has not been laundered. Vintage 1957 Madame Alexander Navy with White Tiered Capelet Cissy Doll. Cissy is in lovely original vintage condition wearing her tagged navy taffeta dress with white tiered capelet and floral accented straw hat. She carries a white wrist glove in one hand. She must have dropped the other one because there’s only one. She wears pearl stud earrings with pearl teardrops, a rhinestone bracelet on her wrist, original watch fob pin at her waist, her original lace slip, panties (with a couple of small snags where they stuck into her leg socket over time), perfect replacement stockings, and black strappy heels with snug elastic. Her dress and capelet may have been washed at some time but they look very nice. The lace slips never poof out the skirt sections of Cissy’s dresses so I added a little tissue under the skirt for the photos. Cissy’s face has been freshly blushed and sealed. Eyelashes are original with no thin spots. Her eyes are blue. Please look at all the photos as they are considered part of the description. I have provided large images.
