Here is a nude Madame Alexander Cissy doll that you can do as much or as little as you want to utilize her for displaying a Cissy costume or other. She is from 1956, so is the painted version. Her original outfit was the white organdy dress with raised red dots. Cissy is all hard plastic with the exception of her vinyl arms. She is 20 inches tall and has joints at the head, shoulders, elbows, hips and knees. All joints work well, and stringing is good. She has a split at the top of her left leg, but no other issues with her hard plastic. There is a small bite out of the flange on her left arm, but is inside the shoulder socket. No other issues with the vinyl. She has a very full dark blonde wig in need of some styling. Cissy’s original blush has faded from her cheeks, but some is still evident on her hands and knees. Her eyes are a blue-green combination with a little gold, depending on the light. She has all of her original brush and painted lashes. Eyebrows good and lip color good. A sweet and pretty face. Vintage 20 Madame Alexander CISSY Doll Brunette Nude TLC. Here is a vintage Madame Alexander cissy doll in need of TLC. She has cracks in her legs above the knee joint. She also has some cracking up at the hip. She has scratches on her body as you can see in the photos. Shes missing eyelashes on one eye. Also listen its like a chip to the glass eye on one side. Her eyes are a very strange brownish blue color. Im not sure if they were meant to be that way or if theyve changed over time. Her hair is also a mess as you can see. This lovely Cissy looks ready to be dressed and put on display. She is in wonderful very good condition with a lovely, elaborate replaced wig, styled years ago by Ms. Greta of the Madame Alexander Doll Company in New York. In platinum blonde, the wig is late vintage MA and so appropriate for Cissy. With high face color and pretty blue sleep eyes, Cissy will come to her new owner, ready to be dressed for a shopping trip or a black tie gala affair. Two flaws are a high leg split which I filled to prevent furthur separation and the inside of her upper left arm is missing a few bits of the vinyl that fits inside the shoulder. It was just pointed out to me that Cissy has replaced eyelashes and an eyelid smudge on her left eye. If I can correct the smudge I will. Excellent condition vintage Cissy doll, approx. Full eyelashes and sleep eyes work well. Clean doll, very light residue on the hands could use cleaning. There is light wear to the paint on eyelids visible when eyes are closed (see photos). Comes nude with panties and shoes in good condition, there is a spot on the panties. This is a 15″ Madame Alexander Disney “SLEEPING BEAUTY Elise style doll from 1959. She is the smaller version of the 1959 Disney 21 SLEEPING BEAUTY Cissy style doll. This doll is in excellent condition. She has high cheek color with gorgeous lips and blue eyes… Her lashes appear to be fine. Her golden yellow hair is still in original set with few flyaways. Her joints work properly and she has no cracks or splits in her body. Her body has a pretty uniform pink tone. She has her ring on finger. Doll does not look like she has been played with and has no offensive odors. She has been displayed in my glass doll cabinet for a while.
