I could not believe my eyes when I realized she had an Alexander tag on her cute dress. I later discovered, with much research, that she was a 24 Betty. Like many Alexander composition dolls, she is not marked. She has her original human hair wig in its original curls, placed over a slightly molded head. Her eyes work smoothly and I love her pouty mouth. I wonder if Alexander was trying to compete with Patsy as this is the same era! The dress has no major flaws and has matching panties. This beautiful Winnie Walker doll stands 25 inches tall and is waiting to walk into her new home. She has her original tagged outfit on complete with shoes, socks, coat and hat, with red dress and matching panties. The coat has a spot of wear, (see picture), and her felt hat has a moth hole, and the red dress seems to have a stain. Really not bad for her age. Her cheeks still have a good blush, and her eyes are bright, and lashes are full. She still walks well with her moving from side to side when she walks. She is also marked on the back of her neck “Alexander”. She is a real beauty looking for a new home. Please see all the pictures for condition. Thank you for looking! 14 Madame Alexander 1950s H Plastic Kate Smith’s Annabelle Doll Tagged Costume. Sweet hard plastic Maggie faced doll by Madame Alexander. Pretty facial paint, working yellowed sleep eyes with thick lashes, Saran wig in the original set and original tagged Annabelle costume. Original All hard plastic jointed at the neck, shoulders and hips. Costume is all original and includes a blouse skirt combination, sweatshirt style over-blouse with her name embroidered on it, white cotton slip, panties, socks and oilcloth shoes. Madame Alexander’s 8 Queen Elizabeth I #12610, damaged box. Doll is brand new in original box. Exterior of the box shows signs of damage from being in storage including areas of mold. Accessories remain in their original plastic packaging. Doll’s joints may be loose due to the age of the doll however this does not impact the ability to display her. Side-glancing (googly shaped) eyes glancing to the side and. Felt and cotton outfit complete with matching felt shoes with spats. This sweet faced, early cloth doll has her original yarn hair beneath her original white bonnet with trim. Has blonde hair with scalloped bangs and long braids. She has a comical expression, molded pug nose, long eyelashes and rosy cheeks. She also has molded flat feet to stand and mitt-shaped hands with separate thumbs. Susie has red striped legs. She wears her blue cotton. Dress with pleated skirt and attached white organdy petticoat and panties and white felt collar beneath her fitted yellow felt jacket with blue felt covered buttons and white felt spats with three button closures over her black felt shoes. She is in very good condition with no stains and no odors as she is from a smoke free home.
