1952 14 MADAME ALEXANDER STUFFY Doll with box RARE LITTLE MEN

1952 – 14 – MADAME ALEXANDER STUFFY DOLL WITH BOX. Stuffy is from three Little Men, is a Maggie faced doll, the Little Men were made just one year, 1952. He is a hard plastic doll. Has tagged outfit of a blue flannel jacket and matching cap, white sleeveless shirt with black bow tie, black and white checkered pants and black shoes. He has his original tag that says FASHION ACADEMY AWARD, MME. On one side and FASHION ACADEMY AWARD F. This is a very rare doll, in I would say mint condition (see photos), face coloring is excellent, box shows wear from age. Box shows wear from age, one side of inside lid is taped, see detail photo. Can be seen in the book, “Rare and hard to find Madame Alexander Collector’s Dolls” by Barbara Jo Mckeon on page 65. See my other auctions for Little Women dolls from the same era.
