This is the 20-21 Cissy by Madame Alexander. This Cissy is the cleanest Cissy I have ever seen. I lifted her head and looked and she is like a new doll. I love the material and fit and she also has a red rick rack can can slip that she is trying to show off in one of my pics. She will have panties and hose and a new pair of white shoes to match. She also will have a faux diamond ring that is NOT Madame Alexander. She does not have earring holes. She just has a very pretty face with very blue eyes, all lashes and oh so clean. Golden blonde hair original wig. Her cheeks have been professionally blushed very lightly and sealed. She is a nicely strung doll with no issues. The stand is not included. A hard to find doll in very nice condition. Clean, no stains, rubs or discoloring. Blue sleep eyes with the longest of lashes that are full and curled up on the ends. Hair has no cuts or missing plugs. All jointed vinyl at the neck, arms, wrists, waist and ankles. Strung just right so she is easy to pose. All original tagged “Alexander Mimi” outfit that has no stains, fading or holes. Original sandals with a break in one strap on the right sandal and that one has the sole that is separated from the shoe. Just needs some glue. Original woven straw hat with all its flower appliques. Not sure it they are original, bell dangle earrings with matching bracelet. Item # 7B-14 LCFT. 20 Cissy Madame Alexander W/Tagged Yellow Taffeta Floral Dress- 1950s. Does have a vintage odor on doll clothing- this doll is over 60 yrs old so an odor should be expected. Wig is the glue on wig- still has spanner bar across top of head. I do believe her earrings have been broke off(the part that hangs down). Have not tried to remove any marks on the doll. 18 1950s Madame Alexander Very Rare Maggie Teenager In Pink Wardrobe and traveling Case. Maggie has her tagged bright coral pink pinafore in a patterned polka-dot Textured cotton, she has her crisp white tagged Sheer cotton striped blouse with three buttons down the back and decorative pearl accents down the front, puff sleeves and Peter Pan collar, Coral. Pink velvet bows for her hair, white cotton half slip with attached panties, satin with rose ribbon accents and Eyelet lace trim, Thigh high seamed stockings and black patent Mary Janes with buckles. Maggie is every bit a teenager! She has a black French poodle with leash she takes for walks, wearing her black velvet pedal pushers with pockets and decorative Jewel accents at her knees, snap in back, white taffeta blouse with lace accents down the Front and at the collar and cuffs, 3 buttons in front, Pink tagged gabardine swing coat, 2 buttons in front, white rayon socks and saddle shoes. This listing is for a vintage. 1950s Madame Alexander LITTLE WOMEN AMY doll loop curls original fabric tag on back of dress at the neck. The doll is approx 14 tall. I think it may say “alex” on the back of her head? The Amy doll is in very good vintage condition with the light wear and patina you would expect in an item of this vintage. There is a slight bit of discoloration on her petticoat – see photo # 4 at the bottom of the petticoat to the right of center. I’ve also read that some of these dolls can be rather loosely strung – I don’t know if that is the case with this doll or not – her head stays upright when you hold her still but if you move her around (I don’t have a doll stand) it has a tendency to drop forward a little bit. I don’t have a lot of experience with dolls so please let me know if you have any questions. Please see all 12 photos several of which are taken on a 1 ruler grid for relative size purposes.
