They don’t get much nicer than this! Kelly is in mint condition with tagged dress and hang tag. High color cheeks, no rubs or scratches. Blue sleep eyes with all their lashes. Her hair is in the factory original set and even still has the factory original styling gel with original pink hair bow. Crispy clean clothes, no stains or holes. I put tissue paper under her dress to flare it out. Pink taffeta underwear with matching half slip, both with good elastic. Original fuzzy side snap shoes and knit socks. One of the prettiest 15 Kelly’s I’ve seen in a long while. Item # 8B-10 LCFT. Madame Alexander Cissy 1950′s with Honeymoon accessories. I remember when this one of a kind fashion was designed. We wore wide flared skirts and dresses with stiff underskirts to make it stand out. This particular outfit was designed a “Going Away” off to the “Honeymoon” fashion. And the only one with the throw away bouquet attached to the sheer organza wrap or stole. For the cool June evening Honeymoon. Alexander used sheer organza in keeping with the other wedding materials.. This stole has yellowed with age. The hat is the only one designed for this event and has the same flowers, all original. There are two pearl rusted hatpins attaching the hat. The Navy dress has the square black snaps and one seam has loosened at the tight sleeve. The dress is untagged, but some were not or lost. The slip is exquisite heavy grossgrain taffeta and was probably not cost productive, so you have cheaper slips used in mass production. Cissy has original Tosca Marcel wave and curl with original rusting hairpins. She does not have the Yardley coiffure, which is beautiful but not natural. We never wore that coiffure in the fifties. Cissy’s beautiful face still has high color, as well her knees. Brows were faded and no trace of double stroke. Eyes still gleam, but could be cleaned. The lashes appear human hair and are the color of hair and not the common black lashes used in mass production on all dolls. May have been experimental or lost. Its unusual all lashes were lost. Body is in very good condition, no splits, tight joints, slight loose head. She comes with dress, hat. Stole wrap with all original flowers, older red heels. You must sign for this Cissy. This is the 20-21 Cissy by Madame Alexander. This Cissy is the cleanest Cissy I have ever seen. I lifted her head and looked and she is like a new doll. I love the material and fit and she also has a red rick rack can can slip that she is trying to show off in one of my pics. She will have panties and hose and a new pair of white shoes to match. She also will have a faux diamond ring that is NOT Madame Alexander. She does not have earring holes. She just has a very pretty face with very blue eyes, all lashes and oh so clean. Golden blonde hair original wig. Her cheeks have been professionally blushed very lightly and sealed. She is a nicely strung doll with no issues. The stand is not included. A hard to find doll in very nice condition. Clean, no stains, rubs or discoloring. Blue sleep eyes with the longest of lashes that are full and curled up on the ends. Hair has no cuts or missing plugs. All jointed vinyl at the neck, arms, wrists, waist and ankles. Strung just right so she is easy to pose. All original tagged “Alexander Mimi” outfit that has no stains, fading or holes. Original sandals with a break in one strap on the right sandal and that one has the sole that is separated from the shoe. Just needs some glue. Original woven straw hat with all its flower appliques.
