This is a fabulous 1950′s Madame Alexander-kins Doll. She is BKW Kins which means she is a bent knee walker. She is in excellent condition with original blonde triple stitched wig in original set, super bright natural coloring with brown brows, green eyes that open and close freely, black under lashes, pink cheeks and red lips. Her body is in excellent condition with arms that will hold a pose and walker works. Wendy is wearing a tagged Alex-kins organdy Maypole type Outfit with blue dress, kins slip and undies, wonderful light pink pinafore, kins shoes and rayon socks. Vintage 1950′s Madame Alexander Blue-Eyed Blonde 20 Nude Cissy. She comes with blue high heels and earrings only. Vintage Cissy is 20 inches tall and is in overall excellent condition with no cracks, splits, rubs, stains or odors. She has a couple of small flaws which are difficult to see, but will be described below. She is the hard plastic painted version. Her makeup has been refreshed and her wig restyled in it’s original set. She has clear blue eyes which open and close freely with full lashes. If you look carefully at the photo below, you can see a small scratch on her ankle. She also has a very small scratch in her blush on both knees and one hand. But these aren’t large enough to photograph well. Cissy also has small small faint dots on her face which can be seen in bright light if you’re very close, about one foot away. The photo below was taken at very close range with a macro setting. At a normal close distance, she looks like this. Cissy’s stringing is nice and tight, her joints move easily and she poses well. In spite of a few small issues, she’s a beautiful doll who displays very well! Cissy is from my personal collection. I’m retired now and it’s time to downsize. My home is smoke-free. Absolutly Beautiful Madame Alexander Alexander-Kins. #566 Wendy – Ann Walker Blonde Hair Alexander – Kins. Eyes open and close freely. Legs move as her head turns. Outfit tagged, complete, no wear. Blonde hair with curls. Pink organdy dress and slip with lace trim. Blue organdy lace trimmed pinafore. Pink Shoes and white socks. Straw hat is precious with pink & blue flowers. I have not removed her hat. It is tied and pinned on. Wrist tag states she is a Wendy – Ann Walker and that you can Wash Comb and Curl her hair. Tag is tied on with a pink string and is in excellent condition. Doll has not been used or played with – she has been stored in this box for 50 – 60 years and needs a new home. The back of her dress is a bit flat from being in the box and the front of her blue organdy pinafore is slightly folded. Her Pink dress and the blue pinafore have a small stain as seen in the last picture. I have not tried to get it out. Box is in great stored condition and includes the neck brace. Circa 1950′s Madame Alexander 20 Cissy Doll with the original trunk and 15 pieces of clothing if you include her panties. The Black Velvet Ball Gown with sequined bodice is tagged as shown in the photo. The adorable red romper also retains the original tag (please enlarge my photos to view). The rest of the lovely clothing has been lovingly and beautifully made in the 1950′s for this doll. The carrying trunk is clean inside and the latches work perfectly. No dents or damage to the case (it is very sturdy). Cissy has her original wig hair and her arms and legs are jointed. No splits or damage to her skin. Her strawberry blonde hair is soft (the previous owner had it in a pony tail). Her beautiful eyes open and close (she has lost a few eyelashes over the years but still has some).
