She is the VHTF Pink Bride from 1959 pictured on page #14 of the “Elise Files”. Her dress is made of pleated nylon tulle, has an organdy lining and puff sleeves, with a Val lace trimmed bodice and pink satin sash at the waist. She also wears a tagged crinoline slip and pink taffeta panties. Her long veil is attached to a coronet of flowers and she carries a beautiful floral bouquet with pink satin ribbon streamers. She carries her original shoes which have silver bases and pink elastic that has relaxed. The doll has a formal wig style That is caught up in a spanner bar and turned under in the back. She is a lovely doll to add to your collection. There are no cracks or splits that I can see on the doll. Her dress is excellent condition. The elastic in the puff sleeves has relaxed but still displays nicely. She wears faux diamond earrings and ring, and a pearl necklace. The stand is not included. This is the exquisite and rare, 2000, Madame Alexander, “Wedding Wishes, ” 17 Bride Doll. She is costumed in a lovely bridal gown of white brocade, lace and a full skirt of tulle. White lace, trimmed with crystals, forms the hemline of the skirt. A long veil flows from a headpiece that fits around her red hair which is tied up in a bun with sweet ringlets trailing down. Long, satin, white gloves, pearl and rhinestone necklace, earrings, sparkle stockings and white high heels complete the ensemble with a red, rose bouquet providing contrast.
