Madame Alexander Caroline Kennedy 14 Doll 1961 Original Blue Organdy Dress Vtg. Here is Caroline Kennedy, complete in her original blue organdy dress. She belonged to my sister and was only ever displayed. She has been in storage for most of her 65 years. Overall, she is in very nice condition but there are some flaws. Her shoes and socks are not original, however, they are Alexander shoes. The top button on the back of her dress is missing. The elastic has stretched out on her sleeves and panties. Her panties are held up with a paper clip. A viewer recently informed me that she has a slip, sorry, I have no slip. She is tight and holds a free stand. Her arms can go in any position and her eyes close. There is no original box or odors. She comes from a smoke free home. Wait for a combined invoice from me before paying.

1961 Caroline Kennedy doll by Madame Alexander Doll Co. Caroline wears her original tagged dress, floral underpants, original socks and shoes and the original bow in her hair. There is a pinkish discoloration on the back of one leg, see pics. Also, there are some stains on the tail ends of her hair bow, see pics. Otherwise, she is in very nice condition, no frays to tag, shoes and socks appear very good condition. Hair is nice and mostly still in original set. Face makeup is also excellent. She may need a light cleaning, slightly dusty from storage.

Vintage 1961 Madame Alexander Caroline Kennedy Doll. Original 5 pieces of clothing and 2 sets of socks, a pair of mittens, 1 hat, 2 pink barrettes and pink necklace. Blue Ribbon in hair. Also included 2 pairs of shoes and 1 pair of roller skates. Also, a Madame Alexander box in really bad shape. Doll is really clean with sleep blue eyes. 1961 Madame Alexander Caroline Kennedy Doll. Wearing her Original Dress with a mock collar. Dress is pink and white and is in good condition. She’s also wearing a ruffled slip. I don’t know if it is original. There is a stain near the hem on the left side front. She has her original undies. Black shoes and white socks. Her hair is dark blonde and is done up in a cute bun. She has a black mark just above her elbow on her left arm. Her right leg is scuffed on the inside.

Caroline Kennedy By Madame Alexander 1960. This set is in excellent pre-owned condition, the doll doesn’t appear to have been “played with” and comes with everything pictured. The trunk has minor scuffs and the metal shows some discoloration, the metal bracket on inside of trunk door to hang the outfits on has come off but is included if you want to repair. This little gal, who was short lived in production, is in her entirely original dress, shoes, socks, underwear, underdress, and bow. When I found her, she had the original hairnet around her face but it was disintegrating so it was removed. Her bow is factory pinned. Though she was likely never played with, time has aged her outfit: there is rust on the buttons of her underdress, the elastic is gone on her underwear, her dress is faded and not vibrant, her bow has foxing from the hairnet, and there are traces of foxing on her outfit and shoes. Her original hang tag is also faded but you can still make out Caroline. Her hair is perfect and not missing any plugs. There is a small mark on her back. She holds her poses and limbs are tight. Within the community there are many who are apprehensive or skeptical of antique dealers, while most of us are simply trying to run a small business or fund our own collections. Once you are a dealer, you will understand that this community is small and most long-timers don’t intentionally harm buyers. And it is a JOB.
