HUGE 1950′s Madame Alexander CISSETTE Lot with 7 Tagged Garments and 2 dolls… One doll is Minty! The blonde Cissette is Gorgeous and has mint high facial coloring and mint hair in the original set! She is correctly marked MME Alexander on her upper back. Her body is all even toned with all of her fingers and toes. No marks, stains or other flaws. Her joints are somewhat loose particularly the arms. Just a Gorgeous Girl! The Brunette Cissette is also marked MME Alexander on her upper back. She has a nice face. Her body is all even toned and her joints are also loose. She is missing the forefinger on her right hand. Her head will need to be strung back on to the body. Blonde CISSETTE in Pink tulle ruffled gown with, gown in NICE condition with some age discoloration, rhinestone ring on her finger, bracelet on her wrist, earrings in ears, under slip, underwear, hose (one hose torn at toe, missing a shoe). Brunette 9 1/2 Madame Alexander in her original underwear and hose, earrings in ears, missing stone on ring, some very faint spots on torso, eyes stay open when lying down. 8 ALEX Ballerina Doll, BEAUTIFUL condition, dark speck on left temple, sleep eyes need prodding. All dolls are marked on their backs as pictured. LOVELY group of 3 VINTAGE MADAME ALEXANDER DOLLS! This doll can be seen on page 142 of the “Cissette” book by Marjorie Merod. This Cissette is just beautiful with lovely overall coloring and pretty all original bright facial coloring. She has a beautiful blonde wig in the original set. The original rubber band in her lower ponytail did deteriorate so I put a clear rubber band over it to hold her hair in place. She comes wearing a beautiful outfit that is hard to find. This outfit includes a darling flowered halter, blue pants, white coat, white double drop earrings and gold shoes. The outfit is in fantastic condition with no stains, tears holes or odors. The halter look adorable on, the pants have tight stretch at the waist and the jacket is a lovely white color. The bottom inside lining of the coat has just the slightest bit of discoloration that does not distract in any way. The double drop earrings are perfect and the gold shoes are nice and tight. All together this is a fantastic doll that will look great in your collection. The furniture shown is available in a separate listing this week.
