I don’t know if it has faded with time or if this was the original color. Her hair needs a little patting down in back to right side. Just a small piece that doesn’t want to sit down. Original Cissette dolls by famous Madame Alexander. Each doll is about 10 tall; all hard plastic, sleep eyes, jointed at neck, shoulders, hips, and knees, high heel feet. Both dolls are marked on their back MME Alexander (faded). Some scratches and marks are present to their faces and bodies. Sleepy eyes mechanism is working. Hair is in original shape but is messy. With a trople stitched part wig, still in the most of the original lovely curls, smooth with a nice sheen. The blue eyes open and close freely, hard upper lashes, painted under lashes, single stroke brows, coral mouth, original high coloring. She has pierced ears with pearl drop. Earrings and wired necklace. The doll is hard plastic, bent knee, good strings, holds a pose well, marked on the back; MME Alexander, no splits. She is wearing the original tagged toreador pant set, black velvet pants with yellow shirt and yellow taffeta belt. Both the pants and top are tagged, excellent vintage condition, clean, sturdy, no stains, no tears. The set with yellow is very rare, this is usually seen with a lace jacket and pink belt. Her high heel shoes are black velvet, clear heels. The yellow pillbox hat is adorned with flocked flowers, it has yellow-green veil and a hat pin. Fabulous, hard to find outfit, stunning doll! Vintage 1959 Madame Alexander Disney Sleeping Beauty Doll 15. There is a spot on her dress that I believe is from fading. Her dress needs some ironing. One of her stockings has a hole in it and her foot has come through. The elastic on her outfit is a bit stretched. Everything seems to stay on her but the elastic is going out. Her under skirt has a hole in it. She has her shoes and necklace but no cape or crown. Her face has yellowing to it. I haven’t attempted to clean it.
