Madame Alexander Dolls

Vintage 1957 Madame Alexander Cissy In Ripples Of Rhythm. My mother received this lovely doll on her 13th birthday in 1960. Sadly, we don’t have the original packaging Cissy came in. Cissy is in good condition with red hair and pretty green eyes. Her hat, dress, slip, panties, nylons/stockings and shoes are all original. The pearl earrings are not original. Cissy’s dress, “Ripples of Rhythm”, is in very good condition, no tears or fading. The cameo and black velvet belt are in excellent condition. The top snap on the back of Cissy’s dress is only half there. The bracelets are not original. The elastic on her half slip has stretched over the years however, stays on just fine. The elastic on her original shoes also is stretched and needs replacing. Cissy’s hair is in good condition and the hair style has not changed since purchasing new. The blush on her cheeks is faded and her hands seem a bit dirty. The flowers on her hat have faded some as well. Cissy has no cracks or breaks of any kind on her body and with just a little bit of TLC can be as beautiful as she once was. So very hard to find! This is an Orlon fur jacket and hat and muff made for Cissy by Madame Alexander in 1958. It is original and tagged. Pale pink lining of the Orlon fur shows more white in my photo’s, lining has the very light pale pink color. Floral Corsage at snap of coat. All in such wonderful condition for age. This Cissy doll is breathtaking! From a clean smoke free environment but does have some issues: missing earrings and necklace, her shoes are falling apart and will need to be replaced. Other then those 2 problems she, her outfit, her fan, her jewelry and her cape are fantastic! Her Elephant mask, which is super heavy, does have a chip on the back of it’s crown, missing 3 gems (one by his eyebrow and 2 on his lower trunk) and the one on his nose is scuffed. Comes with hangtag, MA button tag and COA. She does not have her box but will be packaged with great care. I cant send until I get paid. Vintage Madame Alexander Cissy Red Hair No Cracks TLC Eyes & Hair reset. Basic Hair style Cissy but in the harder to find red hair. Hair will need restyle. Her eyes are wonky HaHa will need love. But the big thing is no cracks in legs. No cracks in legs or hips but slight discolor toes. A a spot at waist lighter than rest of waist. Paint rubs normal spots neck and top of legs. But if you have a parts Cissy with good eye slap them in her and dress her up! Color shades vary my royal blue maybe a navy blue to you look at photos i try to represent it accurately. It is same for everyone. If arrives broke keep all packaging and do not return. Vintage 1950′s Alexander 19 CISSY Doll Wearing a Chic Seamstress Made Yellow Three Piece Early 1960′s Style Suit. Very good condition 19 hard plastic, Madame Alexander Cissy doll. Arms and head are made of vinyl. Jointed at the neck, shoulders, elbows, hips and knees. Strung tightly – all joints work easily – especially the knees. Beautiful face with original painted features, working clear blue sleep eyes with thick repaired brush lashes. Painted lower lashes, two stroke eyebrows, light eye shadow, pouty lips and light cheek blush. Original auburn wig held under control with a hairnet. Wearing a lovely seamstress made three piece suit with 3/4 sleeves on the lined jacket, silky white blouse with attached, lined pencil skirt and flower decorated pill box hat. Pretty rhinestone pin on her jacket. Good played with condition. Free of major stains. Vinyl arms are free of rips – slightly darker in color. Perfect fingers and toes. Body is free of large stains or bites. One small crack on one hip and one small crack on one knee (both pictured). Facial paint is very good. Brush eyelashes appear to have been partially filled in. Wig is original but not in the original set and held in place with a hair net. Costume is newly made by a talented seamstress, fits perfectly, is lined, closes with many snaps in back and is in excellent condition. Shoes are held on with small vinyl band. Vintage 1957 Madame Alexander Cissy doll. Hard plastic with vinyl jointed arms. Red wig, in original style, very smooth with sheen. Tagged Secretary set; Circle skirt, jacket, blouse. Rhinestone drop earrings and necklace. Black strappy high heels. Taffeta petticoat with net ruffles. Nylon back seam stockings. Presented here is a beautiful vintage Madame Alexander Cissy doll. She has a hard plastic jointed body with vinyl jointed arms. She has red hair in the original style, the wig is very nice, smooth with nice sheen, still in most of the original set. Sparkling blue-green eyes, nice hair lashes, painted under lashes. She has nice coloring, coral mouth, pierced ears with rhinestone. Earrings and rhinestone necklace. Marked on the back of the head “ALEXANDER” under the hair. Good strings, she holds a pose well. She is wearing her original outfit; Cissy tagged secretary set; a full circle wool felt skirt with matching blazer and ivory sheer blouse with front lace. And woven pin stripes, buttons in the back. Underneath she has a full taffeta petticoat with net ruffles and taffeta panties, nylon stockings with back seams. The clothing is in excellent condition, clean, sturdy, no stains, no tears. The shoes are black strappy. High heels with rhinestone accents on the toes. The hat is fabulous, it has a wired base covered with green velvet, laden with velvet and silk florals in soft mauve, pink and tan tones, accented with a doted veil. Vintage Madame Alexander Cissy Doll 1950′s w/ Tagged Clothing. Doll is very pretty! Poseable arms and legs, hair appears to be in original set, dressed in her original outfit. I lost one of her shoes: She was packed in a box for many years. Her face & fingers will need a little cleaning she was put away with surface dust? She does have a little gouge on one arm as shown in the picture. I did not find any cracks in her hard plastic. Her clothing looks great, the blouse is tagged.
