Vintage Estate Cissy Doll W/Hot Pink tagged Coat. Cissy has firm stringing, no cracks or structure issues I can observe. Checked above hip sockets also. There is one extremely fine separation at the left knee, shown with last photo. Small “rub” marks around leg torso sockets and neck that are not visible when displayed. No tears or rips. Ask for additional pictures if desired. Full lashes, blue clear eyes, exquisite hair and makeup. Rare, saturated, beautiful hot pink coat with crisp label. Very very good condition. Velvet has a few faint “smooshed” marks, as velvet probably had a doll stand around it? BTW, stand IS included. This is a lovely quality Cissy in beautiful condition, with rare hot pink coat. RARE Vintage Madame Alexander CISSY Rose Velvet Coat from 1955. BEAUTIFUL Hard to Find Cissy rose velvet coat from 1955!! This coat can be seen on page 111 of “Cissy Reference Raritites Restoration” by Kiley Ruwe Shaw. In the book she identifies the coat as being a boxed extra for that year. The coat is in good condition with no tears or odors. There are several tiny spots on the left side of the coat, and a few light crush marks in the nap of the velvet, both of which I tried to picture in the photos. The coat displays beautifully. The buttons and button holes are in great condition and do not show much if any wear. The color of the coat is vibrant and it has not faded with age. This is such a lovely coat that will look great on any Cissy doll! Smoke free, pet free home. This lovely Nancy Drew doll is wearing her original labeled white coat and dress, green scarf and hair ribbon. Her hair is in good original condition. She has her boots, stockings, and undies. Her stringing is in good shape and she can remain posed and standing, if balanced carefully. Her blue sleep eyes open and close. She has her original hang tag, camera and red purse still attached by pink string. She has her white sunglasses with green lenses stored in her purse. She comes from a smoke-free home and does not have any strong or offensive odor. Faults: Her coat has a faint water mark on the front. Perhaps it could be cleaned, but I did not want to risk it. There are marks or label residue on the sole of her left boot. Her hang tag is a bit bent and her bangs could be tidied up a bit. She does NOT have her original box.
