Vintage 1950′s Madame Alexander Binnie Walker doll. Original tagged organdy dress. Presented here is a vintage 1950′s Madame Alexander Binnie Walker doll in original tagged dress. The doll is 24, hard plastic with working walker. She has a beautiful Cissy face, nice coloring, thick upper lashes, painted lower lashes, bright light blue-green eyes (they match the dress). Her hair is auburn with bangs and most of the original curl. The doll is in excellent vintage condition, minor finish wear in the joints. She is marked; “Alexander” on the back of the head. The dress is lovely rayon/ silk organdy, it is a pale blue-green color with lace trim and original sash, cute puff sleeves, tagged. Her petticoat is adorable, original, pale blue taffeta, it is one piece and has a hoop in the skirt with a ruffled flounce. She has matching panties, they have some newer elastic woven in the waistband. She also wears her original rayon socks and flocked black ankle strap shoes. The dress has some small repairs and flaws to one side of the skirt, see the last photo, but overall the clothing is all in good vintage condition. The listing is for the doll and clothes shown only. Hi everyone, here is a very beautiful hard to find hard plastic Madame Alexander doll from 1953, she is from the Glamour Girl series, she is a walker & walks well when her legs are moved, her head moves side to side, dress & under clothes all original & tagged, pink printed gown with sprigs of tiny green leaves, this costume came in two colors. The elastic in the sleeves has stretched, the dress is very nice, I do not see any rips or tears. Margaret face with original wig that looks to be up in original set, back of head marked Alexander. Sleep eyes work well with full lashes, the left eyes is just a little lazy at times. No odors, she is 17 in tall. Her hat is a replacement, She is just stunning. 1952 AO Madame Alexander 20 HP SNOW WHITE Doll w/Margaret Face. This gorgeous 1952 Madame Alexander Snow White Doll is all original from her perfect and shiny hair set and original pink bow to her golden shoes! Her gown, under slip and panties have no stains or show of wear. Her creamy coloring is untouched and radiant. The threads of her gold lame laced vest have separated over time and it is unusual to find one which hasnt. She has been a treasured and very nicely-preserved 11 Madame Alexander Scarlett OHara. TMade in 1939, her composition is in excellent condition. Only slight paint rubs detected at joint s. Her black mohair wig is shiny and soft and as it was when she was brand new. She is original from her wonderful straw hat to her shoes and socks. Her dress has retained vibrant color and has no area that is stained or torn. She has clear blue eyes and her lashes are full. FROM THE HOME OF A SMOKING COLLECTOR. This doll is in lovely condition for a vintage doll She is a 14 Margaret face Madame Alexander from 1950. She has her bracelet but does not have shoes and her hairpiece was destroyed (I will send the remnants with her). Her dress has staining but is structurally sound with no damage. Her hair is in excellent set and her eyes work well. She will be due to restring soon but she currently is holding her head and limbs well. Her right hand has a bit of light damage on the top (perhaps cuts) but fingers and toes are fully intact in on all limbs. A nice doll from the 1950′s with a highly desirable Margaret face. This is one of the most beautiful dolls that Madame Alexander ever made! And that Maribel face, just stunning! She is almost 100% perfect. Her only flaws are that she doesnt have her earrings, no box and she has 2 tears in her tutu. The good news is that you can find replacement earrings and the tears in the tutu are repairable. Now let me brag on this beauty. She wears her original rubber ballet slippers with original laces, she is posable, her complection and all over skin tone is just fabulous, but her original hairdo and band of flowers with original strap are absolutely perfect! Her crystal blue eyes open and close nicely and WOW! The outfit has 4 complete square snaps, a blue satin ribbon at the waist , blue satin bodice and panties with attached tulle. No odors, cracks or splits. I do not know if she has her original stringing. She is clean, fresh and just amazingly beautiful. Wouldnt she make a grand Christmas gift? From you to you! Her eyes are highlighted with molded eyelashes, as well as individually painted lashes on the bottom and sides of her eyes. Her face, torso, and limbs are hard plastic with five pieces. She is well strung and poses beautifully. Her body and limbs are exceptionally clean, undamaged, and free of issues, or blemishes. She is a sleep eye doll, and her eyes open and close easily. Her wig appears factory fresh, or close to it, with thick hair pulled back into two lovely braids with her blue ribbons at the ends. Her coloring is a matte suntanned appearance with lightly blushed cheeks. —She is a beauty from the original owner’s showcase. This doll was kept in the family of a vast doll collection from the 1930s through the 1970s. Her hair is full with no thinning areas. Her face, body, and limbs are close to flawless. She shows the most minor rub of color from her arm and shoulder joint area. This Madame Alexander Southern Girl was made from 1940 to 1943. She has the Wendy Ann face and is made of composition as all Wendy Anns are. She has a strawberry blonde mohair wig in very nice condition. Her eyes are clear and blue, they open and close properly, and she has full lashes. Her face and arms have very fine crazing, and there are paint rubs (photo) where they dont show at the hip joint of the right leg. Other small paint rubs are on photos. Just let me know. The shoes are made of ivory satin as many of Madames brides have. Her gown – tagged Madame Alexander on the back of the neckline, the hoop skirt and pantaloons are all in beautiful condition. I have added a pretty little bouquet made of vintage flowers, and added some of the same under the wide, floppy brim of her woven hat. There were dangling threads there that appeared to have served the same purpose. I have also restrung her and she can hold a nice pose on her own!
