Wonderful Madame Alexander 2012 MADCC Albuquerque NM. Souvenir Indian Doll “Morning Star” Limited Edition number 005 of 150. Dressed in an olive material with little white flowers and yellow trim. She has a black. Cloth type apron over the olive-green dress. A blue Apron with white looking flowers. Standing up like daisy’s is over that. White bloomers under the outfit. Black boots on with a necklace of blue and white beads. She has nice face color. And very dark brown hair hanging straight down her back. She has her wrist tag. Wrapped in clear wrapping appears to be some type of pottery.

Restringing was not needed due to proper care/storage. This doll is complete with breakfast tray. The newspaper, cup, saucer, placemat and eye glasses are stationary accessories. Hair retains original style, ribbon bows and hairnet. Dress, undergarments, trims, all elastic, shoes and shoe soles are exemplary. Welcome to my auctions! She is 20 tall with hard plastic body and vinyl jointed arms for posing. She is dressed in a 2 piece outfit of a skirt in lavender blue with box pleats, (lined in pale pink organdy), a cotton striped blouse with attached original flower, pale pink Cissy slip and matching panties, cloche type hat in white with pink velvet bow in back (reproduction by Richards Originals) and chatelaine pocket watch. The watch was turned around when picture was taken. She also wears, mint stock nylons and pale pink Cissy high heels. Skirt is tagged Cissy. She has a lovely face with clear eyes, full lashes, brows, nice cheek color and red mouth. She has had no work done on her face. Her hair is very dark brunette with original curled set, no cuts. The only thing she has had done is 2 cracks on her hips. They are nicely done. From smoke free home. Because of postal problems……. I BOUGHT THIS DOLL FROM G O L D I E K R A U S AND SHE IS A BEAUTY. I HAVE LOVED THIS GIRL! AS YOU CAN SEE BY MY PICS HER OUTFIT IS IN EXCEPTIONAL CONDITION , AND SHE HAS SUCH A GORGEOUS FACE. H E R W I G I S A L S O S T U N N I N G AND IN IT. Her blush has been lightly touched up by Julie Roza and her eyes are a lovely sought after blue. She carries her original Madame Alexander hat box with great pride. Her outfit consists of a tagged linen circle skirt which matches the tailored blouse to perfection. Her collar is adorned by a pink rose that matches the woven straw cloche and the Madame Alexander hat box. Inside the box is a piece of paper showing Goldie Kraus (Donna) sending doll to me along with the picture of her. She has a tailored lavender taffeta slip, panties and lovely lavender shoes. (These were made by Anna Hawkins and are not original but are perfect to complete this lovely outfit). I removed the original outfit and kept it all as it is so I now have dressed her for her pics. She has a little mark on her left cheek, hard to see but I have shown it in the last picture. She remains in excellent condition.
