Vintage 1950′s Madame Alexander Cissette doll. Tagged pink check dress with lace and rhinestone trim. Straw hat, high heel shoes, white taffeta panties. Tosca hair, triple stitched part. Presented here is a beautiful vintage 1957-58 Madame Alexander Cissette doll wearing her original tagged pink check dress with roses, it has white lace trim on the arms and accented with. Set rhinestones on the bodice, the skirt is a full circle. She also wears a vintage wide brim pink straw hat with velvet flowers, white taffeta panties. The shoes are original molded white high heels with bows on the instep. The dress and accessories are in excellent vintage condition. The doll is hard plastic, bent knee, holds a pose nicely, the strings are good. Lovely face with great color, blue-green eyes that open and close freely, red mouth. Her hair is tosca color, it has a triple stitched part , thick and full with most of the original curl, bangs. She is marked on the back; “MME ALEXANDER”, the doll is in excellent condition, no cracks or splits. The listing is for the doll in the clothing shown, no stand included. Gorgeous Pink 1957 Vintage tagged Dress for the early 20 Cissy doll. Dress is in good condition. It has a spot on the right front chest and on the left front breast. Very small and hard to notice. For Easter, a gorgeous LE Modern Cissy doll, number 135 of 350 (see photo) redressed in a OOAK handmade pink dotted Swiss walking suit with matching full length skirt with train, flounced bustle jacket, shoulder shawl with ribbon trim and ties, and parasol. This doll stands 21 inches tall. She is the modern Cissy with twist waist, exquisite grey radial eyes and fabulous eye make-up , rosy cheeks, red lips and wonderful blonde updo hair in a riot of tight curls on the top of her head. She has the number of her edition on the back of her waist — she is number 135 of the 350 of this particular doll made. The fitted jacket features elbow length sleeves trimmed in lace , tiny round ball glass buttons all down the front (with hidden snaps beneath to close the fitted jacket), lace trim all way round the wonderful bustle at the hips, with long trailing pieces down the back. The A line skirt fits her fabulously well — snaps at the waist and has a long floor length train that processes behind her as she walks. The skirt is slightly higher in the front for ease of walking. Her beautiful pink satin high heel shoes with clear heels can be seen peeking out beneath her skirt. I have added a very full vintage, tiered ruffled slip edged in chiffon to give fullness to her skirt. She has light pink seamed thigh high hose and handmade beige lace panties with a tiny rosette. She wears a handmade period bra and that fastens with three tiny hooks and eyes and has white satin straps; see photo. She wears faux pink pearl drop earrings and a vintage necklace with a pink celluloid rose cameo over a metal religious medal base. The chain necklace fastens easily around her neck with a magnetic clasp! I have added this amazing RICHARD ORIGINAL pink fascinator hat to this gorgeous doll, as her crowning glory. It fits her head perfectly. The black elastic holds the hat in place on her cascading blonde curls. It is a wonderful hat, with dotted tulle that struts, blush rose peach pink chrysanthemums and rhinestones. The cape I put around her shoulders was the original hat that came with the outfit, but I prefer the gorgeous fussy hat by RICHARD, so put this other hat around her shoulders like a shoulder cape — and tied it snug under her beautiful bosoms to highlight her elegant figure. This lovely doll would make a wonderful addition to your collection or be a fabulous Easter gift. My home is SMOKE FREE and PET FREE. No props in the photos are included in this listing. This is another of Madame Alexander’s exquisite Cissy dolls in a perfect black taffeta dress with a brooch on the bodice neckline along with a matching black lace stole, topped off with a lovely pale pink Madame Alexander hat with white and pink flowers which compliments her long red hair in its bob style. She still carries her Lucite pocketbook which holds her sunglasses and curlers and has wonderful flowers on the outside along with the black velvet carry handle to match the dress. There is a couple of melted areas on the left 2 corners of the Lucite which does not take away from its look. The correct slip with pink rick rack trim is included along with the black strappy shoes, hose and under pants. Also notice her hankie, bracelet and ring to finish off the outfit. As for this beautiful Cissy doll she is in very good to excellent condition except for the inch and a half hairline separation in her upper right thigh. Please look carefully at my photo. Her left leg is fine. There are no tears to her arms or any splits. I do check my dolls with a strong flash light for any damage as I do not generally undress my dolls. Eyes are great with all her lashes present. No odors and was kept smoke and sunlight free. Her stringing is great!!! No international orders and Thank you so much for looking.
